Abstract

Berdasarkan survei masyarakat di Amerika Serikat sekitar 30% lansia yang berumur lebih dari 65 tahun jatuh setiap tahunnya sebanyak 1800 kejadian pertahun yang menyebabkan kematian. Separuh dari angka tersebut mengalami jatuh berulang. Pencegahan resiko jatuh merupakan salah satu cara untuk mejaga keselamatan pasien. Maka dari itu beberapa rumah sakit telah menerapkan sebuah sistem yang telah dibuat oleh Joint Commission International yaitu IPSG (international patient safety goals) dalam isinya juga membahas tentang pencegahan resiko jatuh, Sistem tersebut diharapkan dapat mencegah terjadinya cidera yang disebabkan oleh kesalahan akibat melaksanakan suatu tindakan atau tidak melakukan tindakan yang seharusnya dilakukan.penerapan tindakan pencegahan resiko jatuh berkaitan dengan patient safety untuk mencegah terjadinya tindakan pada pasien di rumah sakit antara lain penilaian morse fall scale, memasang gelang identifikasi berwarna kuning pada pergelangan, tanda pencegahan jatuh di papan tempat tidur,mengatur tinggi rendahnya tempat tidur, memastikan pagar pengaman tempat tidur dalam keadaan terpasang. Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pasien dengan resiko jatuh tinggi, sedang, rendah dipaviliun rumah sakit umum siloam lippo karawaci. Metode Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Pada penelitian ini populasinya adalah perawat yang ada dilantai enam dipaviliun rumah sakit umum siloam lippo karawaci. dengan jumlah responden yang akan diambil 52 pasien. Penelitian ini akan diambil pada bulan September-oktober 2017. Hasil yang didapat sebanyak 69% pasien dipaviliun rumah sakit umum siloam memiliki resiko jatuh sedang / Based on a survey of communities in the United States around 30% of the elderly aged over 65 fall each year as many as 1800 incidents per year that cause death. Half of that number are having repeated falls. The prevention of the risk of falling is one of the ways to mejaga the safety of patients. Thus some hospitals have implemented a system that has been created by Joint Commission International i.e. IPSG (international patient safety goals) in the contents also discussed about the prevention of the risk of falling, The system is expected to prevent the occurrence of injuries caused by errors due to carry out an action or not take any action that should be performed. the application of a preventive measure with regard to fall risk patient safety in order to prevent the occurrence of the action on the patient in the hospital among other assessment morse fall scale, putting up a yellow identification bracelet on the wrist, the prevention of falls on the bed, set the high the low beds, ensuring a safety fence bed in an attached. The purpose of this research aims to know the description of the patients with the risk of falling is high, medium, low dipaviliun General Hospital siloam lippo karawaci. The method of design research is purposive sampling. On the study population was nurse there are six dilantai dipaviliun General Hospital siloam lippo karawaci. with the number of respondents to be taken 52 patients. This research will be taken in the month of September-October 2017.
