The purpose of the company to invest in shares is to obtain business capital that will be used for the company's operations. The company always tries to maximize the value of its shares so that many investors are interested in investing in the company. One of these stock values can be measured based on the stock price.The stock price is the value of shares determined by the strength of the offer and sale of shares on a particular market mechanism and is the selling price from one investor to another. The value of a company can be illustrated by the development of the company's stock price in the capital market. The higher the stock price of a company, the higher the value of the company. In this case it will attract investors to buy shares and invest their capital in the company. Therefore, thisstudy is limited to only analyzing fundamental factors, which include Current Ratio and Profitability Ratio The research is conducted at Property, Real Estate and Building Construction companies. on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2012-2016, was conducted to examine the effect of Current Ratio and Profitability Ratio towards stock price. In the research, the result was Current Ratio has a negative and significant effect on the stock price. and the Profitability Ratio (Return on Assets) has a positive and significant effect on the stock price. The adjusted value of R2 is 0.291. This shows that 29.1% of variable variation in stock prices can be explained by variations in the Current Ratio variable, Profitability Ratio (Return on Assets) while the remaining amount of (100% - 29.1% = 70.9%) is a variation of other variables such as sales, total assets turn over, working capital and accounts receivable that are not explained in this study.
