Abstract
This research has purpose to know the influence of managerial ownership, board composition and firm size toward profitability in food and beverage company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Population in this research is food and beverage company registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange and research sample is in amount of 6 companies determined with purposive sampling technique. Analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method. The research uses data in period 2013-2017 for each research variable.Research result shows that managerial ownership, board composition and firm size had a significant influence toward profitability in food and beverage company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. All independent variables have significant impact on profitabilty in food and beverage companies registered at Indonesia Stock Exchange simultaenously.The coefficient of determination is 66.3%. It means thatmanagerial ownership, board composition and firm size are able to describe profitability variable in food and beverage companies registered at Indonesia Stock Exchange. The remaining in amount of 33,7% can be influenced by other variables outside of this regression model
