Abstract

Hand hygiene compliance rate in Indonesia is still very low at 48,3% (Danamik, 2011). The implementation of the hand washing itself has not received more attention. In of Siloam Hospitals Makassar the compliance nurse washing the hands of 2015 to year 2016 decline. The purpose of this research identify picture the factors that influence compliance nurse washing the hands in inpatient rooms of Siloam Hospital Makassar. Research Methodology used the method quantitative descriptive, the sampel collection use purposive sampling. Population to research this is nurse the manager at inpatient rooms genezareth, Decapolis, carmel, Capernaum, zarepath of Siloam Hospital Makassar total 80 people, sampel 60 respondents. Analysis the data used was univariate analysis. Results found in research are depictions of the factors that influence compliance washing the hands seen from age mean 28,9, of their service time mean 3,77, of education DIII as many 23 people (38,3%), motivation good 52 people (86,7%), from the availability of facilities good 60 people (100%) and knowledge of good about 60 people (100%). The study is done in September 2017 / Angka pelaksanaan hand hygiene di Indonesia juga masih sangat rendah yaitu 48,3% (Damanik, 2011). Pelaksanaan cuci tangan itu sendiri belum mendapatkan perhatian yang lebih, di Siloam Hospitals Makassar angka pelaksanaan perawat mencuci tangan dari tahun 2015 ke tahun 2016 menurun. Tujuan penelitian ini mengidentifikasi gambaran faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pelaksanaan perawat mencuci tangan di ruang rawat inap Siloam Hospitals Makassar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif deskriptif, pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling,. Populasi pada pemelitian ini adalah perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inap ruang genezareth, decapolis, carmel, capernaum, zarepath Siloam Hospitals Makassar total 80 orang, Sampel 60 responden. Analisa data yang digunakan adala analisa univariat. Hasil yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini gambaran faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pelaksanaan mencuci tangan dalam penelitian ini dilihat dari usia Mean 28,92, dari masa kerja Mean 3,77, dari pendidikan D3 sebanyak 23 orang (38,3%), motivasi baik sebanyak 52 orang (86,7%), dari ketersediaan fasilitas baik 60 orang (60%), dan pengetahuan baik sebanyak 60 orang (100%). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan September 2017.
