Abstract

Saat terpikir tentang Bali, banyak yang langsung menyebut keindahan wisata baharinya. Walau betul, masih sedikit orang-orang yang menyadari bahwa keindahan pariwisata dari Bali juga kaya akan begitu banyak daerah yang berbeda. Salah satu permata tersembunyi yang menarik perhatian saya adalah Desa Pinggan. Desa Pinggan terletak di Kecamatan Kintamani Bangli yang dikelilingi oleh Gunung Batur. Area ini memiliki salah satu pemandangan paling luar biasa setiap kali awan menutupi daerah itu tepat pada saat fajar dan matahari terbit. Menggambarkan keindahan alam Bali, desa ini sering disebut desa di atas awan. Dengan segala keindahan yang dimiliki, Desa Pinggan menyimpan potensi luar biasa yang saat ini masih ‘terkubur’ dalam keterbatasannya. Faktanya, perekonomian pedesaan di sebagian besar dunia termasuk pedesaan menghadapi tantangan sosial ekonomi terkait dengan penggunaan sumber daya alam yang tidak efisien, infrastruktur pedesaan yang lemah, pengangguran, depopulasi, sehingga menunjukkan rendahnya peluang untuk perubahan besar. Oleh karena itu, bersumber dari fakta bahwa pertanian merupakan sumber pendapatan utama mereka; Penulis melihat nilai potensial yang dibawa dari agrowisata untuk membawa peluang sosial ekonomi baru pada penduduk Desa Pinggan. Oleh karena itu, ANTARA sendiri dibangun sebagai solusi atas permasalahan yang dialami masyarakat lokal sekaligus mampu menampung para pendatang untuk terlibat dalam kegiatan pariwisata di daerah tersebut. ANTARA berdiri sebagai pusat komunitas, menghubungkan penduduk lokal dan produsen serta pengunjung sebagai calon konsumen. Fasilitas ini mendukung kegiatan yang menarik untuk membantu penduduk setempat berbagi lebih banyak tentang budaya dan warisan mereka, sambil juga mempromosikan pentingnya kehidupan hijau dan dasar kehidupan agrowisata yang telah menjadi pekerjaan khusus penduduk selama bertahun-tahun. Perancangan dan penelitian menggunakan metode perancangan kualitatif, sebab menyesuaikan dengan tujuan yang ingin dicapai yaitu meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat Desa Pinggan, sehingga kualitas yang difokuskan akan bergerak diantara data dan analisa kualitas hidup masyarakat lokal hingga saat ini. Perancangan menggunakan pendekatan keberlanjutan. / When they think about Bali, many immediately mention the beauty of its marine tourism. Even so, there are still few people who realize that the beauty of tourism from Bali is also rich in so many different areas. One of the hidden gems that caught my eye is Pinggan Village. Pinggan Village is located in Kintamani Bangli District which is surrounded by Mount Batur. This area has one of the most incredible views whenever the clouds cover the area right at dawn and sunrise. Describing the natural beauty of Bali, this village is often called the village above the clouds. With all the beauty it has, Pinggan Village has a tremendous potential which is currently still "buried" in its limitations. In fact, rural economies in most parts of the world including rural areas face socio-economic challenges related to inefficient use of natural resources, weak rural infrastructure, unemployment, depopulation, thus indicating low opportunities for major change. Therefore, it comes from the fact that agriculture is their main source of income; The author sees the potential value that agro-tourism brings to bring new socio-economic opportunities to the residents of Pinggan Village. Therefore, ANTARA itself was built as a solution to the problems experienced by local communities as well as being able to accommodate newcomers to be involved in tourism activities in the area. ANTARA stands as a community center, connecting local residents and producers as well as visitors as potential consumers. These facilities support exciting activities to help local residents share more about their culture and heritage, while also promoting the importance of green living and the basis of agro-tourism life which has been the specialty of residents for many years. The design and research use qualitative design methods, because it adjusts to the objectives to be achieved, namely improving the quality of life of the Pinggan village community, so that the quality that is focused will move between data and analysis of the quality of life of the local community to date. The design uses a sustainability approach.
