Abstract

Personal protective equipment is a tool to protect your self from all the dangers that are necessary in the act of nursing service, this APD has two functions at once for the security interests of the officer itself for the possibility of transmission of microbial infection, infection prevention and control in the hospital is a necessary program supported by the hospital. In identifying infectious problems it is necessary to analyze risk management related to hospital infection first. Risk management is the basis for preventing and reducing the dangers that arise. Objective To know the nurse compliance description using Personal Protective Glove on the 2nd floor of Pavilion of Siloam General Hospital. Methods This study is a qualitative descriptive. The subjects of the study were the nurses of the 2nd floor Pavilium of Siloam General Hospital, and used the sampling method. Results From the scores stuck from the study of 100% adherence to the action of infusion installation, adherence to the action action release infusion score of 78.3% adherence to the act of installing the catheter and release kateer score of 100%, adherence to the act of installing NGT and removing 100% NGT score, compliance using apd on wound care scores 100%, adherence to use APD in taking blood is 82.6% so that the results of research on nurses obtained obedient nurses using APD on every action nursing performed. suggestions are needed for further research using veriabel, can compare compliance with the risk of accidents in the workplace, should further research can add more accurate respondents in the future / Alat Pelindung Diri adalah suatu alat untuk melindungi diri dari segala bahaya yang sangat diperlukan dalam melakukan tindakan pelayanan keperawatan, APD ini memiliki dua fungsi sekaligus untuk kepentingan keamanan petugas itu sendiri untuk kemungkinan penularan infeksi mikroba, pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi di rumah sakit merupakan program yang perlu di dukung oleh rumah sakit. Dalam mengidentifikasi masalah infeksi perlu dianalisis manajemen risiko berkaitan dengan infeksi di rumah sakit terlebih dahulu. Manajemen risiko adalah dasar untuk mencegah dan mengurangi bahaya yang timbul. Tujuan Mengetahui gambaran kepatuhan perawat menggunakanAlat Pelindung Diri sarung tangan di lantai 2 Pavilium Rumah Sakit Umum Siloam. Metode Penelitian ini merupakandeskriptif kualitatif. Subjekpenelitian adalah perawat ruang lantai 2 Pavilium Rumah Sakit Umum Siloam, dan menggunakan metode sampling. Hasil Dari skor yang didapan dari penelitian yaitu 100% kepatuhan pada tindakan pemasangan infuse, kepatuhan pada tindakan tindakan melepas infuse skor 78,3% kepatuhan pada tindakanmemasang kateter dan melepas kateer skor100%, kepatuhan pada tindakan memasang NGT dan melepas NGT skor 100%, kepatuhan menggunakan APD pada perawatan luka skor 100%, kepatuhan menggunakan APD pada mengambil darah ialah 82,6% sehingga hasil penelitian pada perawat didapat perawat patuh menggunakan APD pada setiap tindakan keperawatan yang dilakukan. Saran saran diperlukan untuk penelitian selajutnya menggunakan veriabel, dapat membandingkan kepatuhan dengan resiko kecelakaan di tempat kerja, sebaiknya penelitian selanjutnya dapat menambah responden agar lebih akurat dimasa mendatang.
