Abstract

Prevention patients are to become a complex issue of health care, social services, public health and prevention of accidents. In the implementation of the program of patient safety in hospitals, the incidence of the patient fell is one indicator of whether or not the implementation of fall risk prevention program. The implementation of fall risk preventive in Siloam Hospitals Lippo Cikarang has still not completely done with good, whereas a standard implementation of interventions is 100%. The purpose of this research is to know the description of the prevention of fall risk in adult inpatient room Orchid SHLC. The design of this research is a descriptive quantitative by way of obrservation, developed from the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) fall risk prevention in adult patients SHLC. This research population was 325 patients in inpatient room Orchid SHLC. The number of respondents was 30 patients through the dwarf convenient sampling. Methods of analysis used are univariate analysis. The results of this study showed that of the 30 patients who observed, the prevention of fall risk conducted by nurses overall (66.7%), thr low risk (63.3%), the medium risk (87.5%), high risk (33.3%). The next research can then examine the factors that affect the implementation of the fall risk prevention / Pencegahan pasien jatuh yang menjadi masalah yang kompleks tentang kesehatan, pelayanan sosial, kesehatan masyarakat dan pencegahan kecelakaan. Dalam pelaksanaan program patient safety di rumah sakit, kejadian pasien jatuh merupakan salah satu indikator berjalan tidaknya pelaksanaan program pencegahan risiko jatuh pada pasien. Pelaksanaan pencegahan risiko jatuh Siloam Hospitals Lippo Cikarang (SHLC) masih belum sepenuhnya terlaksana dengan baik, sedangkan standar implementasi intervensi adalah 100%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pencegahan risiko jatuh pada pasien dewasa di ruang rawat inap Orchid SHLC. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan cara obrservasi yang dikembangkan dari SOP pencegahan risiko jatuh pada pasien dewasa di SHLC. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 325 pasien di ruang rawat inap Orchid SHLC. Jumlah responden adalah 30 pasien melalui tekhnik convenient sampling. Metode analysis yang digunakan adalah analisis univariate. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dari 30 pasien yang diobservasi, pencegahan risiko jatuh yang dilakukan oleh perawat secara keseluruhan (66.7%), pada risiko jatuh ringan (63.3%), risiko jatuh sedang (87.5%), risiko jatuh tinggi (33.3%). Peneliti selanjutnya dapat meneliti faktorfaktor yang memengaruhi pelaksanaan pencegahan kejadian jatuh pada pasien.
