Abstract

Assessment is the basic thinking of the nursing process that aims to collect information or data about the client, in order to identify, identify problems, health needs and nursing clients, both physical, mental, social and environmental. Pain is an unpleasant sensation associated with potential or actual tissue damage. Obedience is obedient or disobedient to commandments, and is the starting point of changing attitudes and behaviors of individuals. In the nursing process pain assessment is one of the most important assessments for nurses, especially in post-op patients. The purpose of pain assessment to find out how much pain the post-op patient feels. The purpose of this study was to look at the picture of the RSU Siloam nurse compliance in performing pain assessment in post-op patients. This research is a quantitative research using descriptive method with observation approach. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data processing using computerized. Data analysis using univariate. The results show that Siloam hospital nurses have complied with the pain assessment of post-op patients using a comprehensive review sheet. As evidenced by the results of the analysis as much as 87.5% who do. And the rest as much as 14.3% who did not do / Pengkajian adalah pemikiran dasar dari proses keperawatan yang bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan informasi atau data tentang klien, agar dapat mengidentifikasi, mengenali masalahmasalah, kebutuhan kesehatan dan keperawatan klien, baik fisik, mental, sosial dan lingkungan. Nyeri adalah sensasi yang tidak menyenangkan yang berhubungan dengan kerusakan jaringan potensial maupun aktual. Patuh adalah taat atau tidak taat terhadap perintah, dan merupakan titik awal dari perubahan sikap dan prilaku individu. Didalam proses keperawatan pengkajian nyeri merupakan salah satu pengkajian yang penting untuk dilakukan oleh perawat, terutama pada pasien post-op. Tujuan pengkajian nyeri untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat nyeri yang dirasakan pasien post-op. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat gambaran kepatuhan perawat RSU Siloam dalam melakukan pengkajan nyeri pada pasien post-op. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan observation. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengolahan data menggunakan komputerisasi. Analisa data menggunakan univariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perawat RSU Siloam sudah patuh dalam melakukan pengkajian nyeri pada pasien post-op dengan menggunakan lembar pengkajian komprehensif. Yang dibuktikan dengan hasil analisa sebanyak 87,5% yang melakukan. Dan sisanya sebanyak 14,3% yang tidak melakukan.
