Abstract

Operative causes the network about experiencing disconnections and inflicting pain. based on the completeness of the study of pain post surgery in SHMK was 51.40%, so the absence of post-operative pain scale picture in full. The purpose of the research was to see a picture of the scale of pain on the patient's postoperative pain scale using a VASE and NRS. The research method is quantitative description. Population of 356 patients. Sample as many as 78 sample by using purposive sampling. Instrument research using scale pain VAS and NRS. Data analysis using Univariate analysis. The results of research using the pain scale VAS majority (48.7%) with moderate pain on 8 hours post operation, most (65.5%) with moderate pain on 16 hours postoperation, the majority (48.7%) with a mild pain at 24 hours postoperative. using a scale of pain, most (46.1%) with severe pain on 8 hours postoperation, the majority (60.3%) with moderate pain on 16 hours of postoperative and most (41.1%) with a mild pain at 24 hours postoperative. Suggestions for the next expected is expected to undertake a comparison of the effectiveness of pain scales in measuring the post-operative pain / Tindakan operasi menyebabkan jaringan sekitar mengalami pemutusan dan menimbulkan nyeri. berdasarkan data kelengkapan pengkajian nyeri post operasi di SHMK adalah 51.40%, sehingga tidak adanya gambaran skala nyeri pasca operasi secara lengkap. Tujuan penelitian adalah melihat gambaran skala nyeri pada pasien pasca operasi menggunakan skala nyeri VAS dan NRS. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif deskripsi. Populasi sebanyak 356 pasien. Sample sebanyak 78 sample dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Instrument penelitian menggunakan skala nyeri VAS dan NRS. Analisa data menggunakan analisa Univariat. Hasil penelitian menggunakan skala nyeri VAS sebagian besar (48.7%) dengan nyeri sedang pada 8 jam pasca operasi, sebagian besar (65.5%) dengan nyeri sedang pada 16 jam pasca operasi, sebagian besar (48.7%) dengan nyeri ringan pada 24 jam pasca operasi. menggunakan skala nyeri, sebagian besar (46.1%) dengan nyeri berat pada 8 jam pasca operasi, sebagian besar (60.3%) dengan nyeri sedang pada 16 jam pasca operasi dan sebagian besar (41.1%) dengan nyeri ringan pada 24 jam pasca operasi. Saran untuk peneltian selanjutnya diharapkan untuk melakukan perbandingan keefektifan skala nyeri dalam mengukur nyeri pasca operasi.
