Abstract

Klikasuransiku.com merupakan sebuah kanal distribusi asuransi jiwa yang hadir untuk memenuhi segala kebutuhan akan perlindungan nilai ekonomis pribadi dan keluarga. Dengan faktor demografi saat ini yang dimana kelompok generasi milenial mendominasi jumlah penduduk Indonesia, Klikasuransiku.com menyediakan produk – produk asuransi dengan sistem digital untuk menjangkau dan memberikan pelayanan maksimal bagi setiap nasabah di seluruh Indonesia. Akan tetapi terdapat permasalahan yang ditemukan, seperti masih kurangnya optimalisasi dalam identitas visual dikarenakan belum memiliki karakteristik yang sesuai dengan merek dan target pasar yang dituju, selain itu dibutuhkannya konsistensi terhadap identitas visual yang diinterpretasikan dalam perusahaan dengan tujuan mempermudah penyampaian pesan dan makna yang ingin dibangun perusahaan. Tujuan studi tersebut untuk menghasilkan sebuah perancangan ulang pada identitas visual meliputi logo yang nantinya diterapkan ke beberapa aplikasi, agar dapat mendorong pengenalan terhadap identitas perusahaan tersebut dan memperkuat diferensiasi antar perusahaan lainnya. Identitas visual yang disampaikan pada logo akan diterapkan ke beberapa aplikasi seperti polis asuransi, kartu nama, kop surat, kartu keterangan diri untuk karyawan, tampilan pada media social, situs web, aplikasi seluler dan aplikasi lainnya. Terdapat beberapa tahapan proses perancangan ulang identitas visual meliputi penentuan entitas, identifikasi permasalahan, pengumpulan dan menganalisa data, pendapatan kata kunci, metode curah pendapat, studi dan proses perancangan visual, produksi, dan hasil akhir. Dengan adanya perancangan ulang pada identitas visual diharapkan dapat membantu Klikasuransiku.com dalam membangun dan memperkuat identitas dari sudut pandang masyarakat secara berkelanjutan. / Klikasuransiku.com is a life insurance distribution channel that is here to meet all the needs for protection of personal and family economic values. With the current demographic factors where the millennial generation dominates the population of Indonesia, Klikasuransiku.com provides insurance products with a digital system to reach and provide maximum service for every customer throughout Indonesia. However, there are problems found, such as the lack of optimization in visual identity because it does not yet have characteristics that are in accordance with the intended brand and target market, in addition to the need for consistency of visual identity that is interpreted within the company with the aim of facilitating the delivery of messages and meanings that the company wants to build. The purpose of this study is to produce a redesign of the visual identity including the logo which will later be applied to several applications, to encourage recognition of the company’s identity and strengthen differentiation between other companies. The visual identity conveyed in the logo will be applied to several applications such as insurance policies, business cards, letterheads, personal identification cards for employees, displays on social media, websites, mobile applications, and other applications. There are several stages of the visual identity redesign process including entity determination, problem identification, data collection and analysis, keywords, brainstorming methods, visual design studies and processes, production, and results. With the redesign of the visual identity, it is hoped that it can help Klikasuransiku.com in building and strengthening identity form the community’s point of view in sustainable manner.
