Abstract

Falling risk is improving susceptibility to fall that can cause physical danger. The implementation of the fall risk procedure operational standard have been made because the increasing in the scene falling risk in the hospital.procedur operational standards is the application of way too see a possibility a person subjected to the condition of lying to the direction of gravity the earth that it can causes in losses. Based on that statement, it is very important to elaborate the procedure operational standard implementation description of falling risk in Siloam Hospital. Goals in this study to know the implementation of the risk prevention procedure which done by the nurses to the patient in patient room of Siloam Hospital on the sixth floor. The design of this study used quantitative descriptive with datasourced from inpatient nurses. Tihis research instrument using observation and sampling technique used by researcher in this research is total sampling. Result of the research most (76%) nurses that work in the inpatient room do SOP for the down risk not weel and (24% ) nurses work the in inpatient room does not do SOP well. Conclusion some of the nurses are still there who do not carryout the SOP properly so it should be noted in implementing Standard Operating procedures for the effort of the reducing the patient fell in the in patient room. So, Suggestion in the research To give the information to all nurses about the falling risk prevention so the nurses can apply the operational standards procedure well to decrease the patient who fall in inpatient room / Risiko jatuh adalah peningkatan kerentanan untuk jatuh yang dapat menyebabkan bahaya fisik . Pelaksanaan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) risiko jatuh telah di buat karena meningkatnya kejadian risiko jatuh di rumah sakit. SOP merupakan penerapan tata cara untuk melihat suatu kemungkinan seseorang mengalami kondisi tergeletak ke arah gravitasi bumi yang dapat menimbulkan kerugian. Berdasarkan pembahasan tersebut, sangat penting menggali Gambaran elaksanaan SOP risiko jatuh di ruang rawat inap Paviliun Umum Rumah Sakit Siloam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan Standar Operasional Prosedur pencegahan risiko jatuh yang dilakukan perawat pada pasien diruang rawat inap lantai enam Paviliun Umum Rumah Sakit Siloam. Metode desain penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan data yang bersumber dari perawat ruang rawat inap . instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan observasi serta teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah total Sampling. Hasil yang di peroleh adalah Sebagian besar (76%) perawat yang bekerja di ruang rawat inap melaksanakan SOP resiko jatuh dan (24%) perawat yang bekerja di ruang rawat inap tidak melaksanakan SOP. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini sebagian dari perawat masih ada yang tidak melaksanakan SOP dengan benar sehingga harus di perhatikan dalam melaksanakan Standar Operasional Prosedur demi upaya mengurangi pasien jatuh di ruang rawat inap. Jadi, Saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu memberikan informasi kepada semua perawat tentang pencegahan risiko jatuh sehingga diharapkan perawat dapat melaksanakan Standar Operasional Prosedur yang benar sebagai upaya mengurangi pasien jatuh di ruang rawat inap.
