Abstract

Susu menjadi salah satu minuman yang paling bergizi dan memiliki banyak manfaat untuk perkembangan anak – anak. Kandungan dalam susu seperti kalsium, fosfor, protein, magnesium, vitamin A dan Vitamin D sangat baik untuk daya tahan anak yang sedang dalam masa pertumbuhan. Di Indonesia, tingkat kosumsi susu masih sangat rendah. Bahkan jika dibandingkan dengan negara – negara di ASEAN, Indonesia hanya mengkonsumsi susu sebanyak 5%. Selain itu, konsumsi susu yang rendah menyebabkan banyak anak – anak kekurangan gizi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa konsumsi susu dikalangan anak – anak juga masih rendah. Konsumsi susu di kalangan anak – anak tidak terlepas dari asupan gizi yang diberikan orang tua. Kenyataannya orang tua juga masih banyak yang tidak tahu manfaat susu dan terkadang mereka memaksa anak – anaknya untuk mengkonsumsi susu. Cara pemberian konsumsi susu yang salah juga menyebabkan anak menjadi tidak suka susu. Oleh karena itu dengan memberikan edukasi yang menyenangkan terkait susu sebagai sumber gizi yang baik untuk anak – anak perlu diadakan agar anak – anak menjadi suka dengan susu dan mereka tahu sumber makanan yang baik untuk tubuh mereka seperti apa. Edukasi yang menyenangkan ini salah satunya adalah dengan bermain. Karena bermain merupakan salah satu cara anak – anak untuk belajar. Oleh karena itu, hasil analisis dan kesimpulan objek studi memfokuskan konsep bermain yang diterapkan pada perancangan pusat pembelajaran rantai produksi susu untuk anak – anak. Tujuannya agar anak – anak mengenal susu sebagai sumber gizi mereka dan mereka jadi tahu asal usul susu itu seperti apa hingga susu dapat dikonsumsi oleh mereka./Milk has long been regarded as one of the most nutritious and beneficial beverages for child development. Nutrients found in milk, such as calcium, phosphorus, protein, magnesium, vitamin A, and Vitamin D have been found to strengthen the immune system of a growing child. However, Indonesia still shows worryingly low levels of milk consumption. Moreover, the country merely contributes 5% of the total milk consumption among ASEAN countries even though insufficient milk consumption has been shown to cause malnutrition in numerous children, which means milk consumption among children is still deficient. Parents play a crucial role in their children’s daily milk intake, yet a large number of them is uninformed on the benefits of milk and often coerces their children to drink milk in ways which instead causes aversion. Consequently, a child-friendly approach on educating children about the benefits of milk is needed to raise awareness and enjoyment on drinking milk, namely by playing as one of the most effective methods for children to learn. Therefore, this research focus on the concept of play implemented in the design of learning centers on milk production for children so they can learn about milk as one of their sources of nutrients, as well as the process of production it undergoes until it is ready for consumption.
