Abstract

Latar belakang: Perkembangan zaman terus berkembang dengan pesat terutama di bidang pendidikan, salah satunya dalam hal penggunaan teknologi dalam pendidikan. Online learning merupakan salah satu metode belajar berbasis teknologi yang penting dalam keadaan dunia sekarang yang mengharuskan kegiatan dilakukan dari rumah untuk melakukan pembelajaran online. Tujuan penelitian: Mengetahui hubungan tingkat kepuasaan pembelajaran online pada mata kuliah Nursing Theory and Practice dengan prestasi akademik mahasiswa keperawatan angkatan 2019 Universitas Pelita Harapan. Metode penelitian: Kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa aktif Fakultas Keperawatan Universitas Pelita Harapan, dengan jumlah 335 mahasiswa. Sampel dalam penelitian yaitu mahasiswa angkatan 2019 sebanyak 185 mahasiswa. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner tingkat kepuasan pembelajaran secara online menggunakan google form. Uji statistik dilakukan dengan korelasi Spearman. Hasil Penelitian: Adanya hubungan yang bermakna (signifikan), cukup signifikan dan searah antara tingkat kepuasan pembelajaran online dengan hasil belajar mahasiswa Fakultas keperawatan Universitas Pelita Harapan dengan nilai sig. (2-tailed) 0,001. Sebagian besar mahasiswa memiliki tingkat kepuasan terhadap pembelajaran Nursing Theory and Practice online (68%), dengan rata-rata prestasi belajar (nilai akhir) 81,40. Kesimpulan: Kepuasan mahasiswa akan metode pembelajaran online berhubungan dengan prestasi akademik, semakin tinggi tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap pembelajaran menunjukkan semakin baik prestasi akademik yang dicapai mahasiswa/Background: The development of times continue to develop rapidly in the field of education, one of them is the use of technology in education. Online learning is one of the important technology-based learning methods in today's world that requires people to do their online learning from home. The research objective: To determine the relationship between the mastery of online learning in clinical practice and theory courses with the academic achievement of nursing students of 2019 Pelita Harapan University. Research method: correlational quantitative. The population in this study were active students of Faculty Nursing, Pelita Harapan University, with total of 335 students. The sample in the 2019’s cohort was 185 students. The instrument used is a questionnaire on the level of learning satisfaction online using a google form. The statistical test was carried out by monitoring the Sperman. Research Results: There is a relationship that ends (significant), quite significant and in the same direction between the satisfaction level of online learning and the learning outcomes of UPH Faculty students with sig. (2-tailed) 0.001. Most of the students had a satisfaction level with online learning in the theory courses and clinical practice by (68%), with an average learning achievement (final score) of 81.40. Conclusion: Student satisfaction with online learning methods is related to their academic achievement, the higher the level of student satisfaction in learning, the better the academic achievement achieved by students.
