Peneliti menggunakan kuesioner Professional Quality of Life Scale (ProQOL) (Stamm, 2009) dan Mindful Self-Care Scale – Clinical (MSCS) (Cook-Cottone, 2015). Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat melakukan peninjauan lebih jauh mengenai strategi yang dapat meningkatkan hubungan self-care dan compassion satisfaction perawat khususnya dimasa pandemi Covid-19 / Compassion satisfaction (CS) is a positive feeling that can be obtained from helping others.
