Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is any impact of Corporate Image and Customer Loyalty in PT. Himalaya Everest Jaya in Medan. Furthermore, this research will also help PT. Himalaya Everest Jaya in Medan and other researchers to know and get more knowledge about the relationship between Corporate Image and Customer Loyalty. Corporate Image is the perception image of a company or the impression of public about the company image that was affected by many circumstances. Customer Loyalty is a term to decscribe a customer behavior on continue to buy from a specific for a long period of time regardless of the price and etc. This research is using a quantitative as the research design and IBM SPSS Statistics 25 application. Data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis methods used in this research include descriptive statistics, validity test, reliability test, normality test, coefficient of correlation, coefficient of determination, linear regression analysis and Z Test. The result of the research based on Z test, it can be known that Z Count (4.42) > Z Table (1.96). So, the conclusion of this research is that Corporate Image do has impact on Customer Loyalty in PT. Himalaya Everest Jaya. The result of the research based on coefficient of determination test shows that Corporate Image do impact Customer Loyalty in PT. Himalaya Everest Jaya in Medan by 30.1%.As the conclusion, after the analysis and research on the company, it has been proven that Corporate Impact impact Customer Loyalty in PT. Himalaya Everest Jaya in Medan.
