Abstract

Latar Belakang: Perawat merupakan tenaga medis yang memberikan asuhan keperawatan kepada pasien. Perawat membutuhkan tenaga ekstra dan maksimal dalam melakukan pekerjaannya, sehingga rentan menimbulkan kelelahan. Pada ruang rawat inap di rumah sakit swasta Indonesia bagian Barat didapatkan data bahwa jumlah tempat tidur di ruangan A terdiri dari 52 dan ruang B terdiri 30 tempat tidur. Jumlah perawat di ruangan A sebanyak 26 orang dan di ruangan B sebanyak 44 orang. Perawat dengan perasaan kelelahan kerja terdapat 30 orang perawat di ruang rawat inap. Tujuan Penelitian: Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara faktor-faktor umur, jenis kelamin, masa kerja, shift kerja, status gizi dan kondisi kesehatan dengan perasaan kelelahan kerja perawat rawat inap pada salah satu rumah sakit swasta Indonesia bagian Barat. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskritif dengan sampel 70 responden perawat ruang rawat inap dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis univariat dan bivariat. Hasil Penelitian: Berdasarkan uji statistik dengan uji chi square tidak terdapat hubungan antara jenis kelamin dengan perasaan kelelahan kerja dengan nilai p-value 0,421>0,05, tidak terdapat hubungan antara masa kerja dengan perassan kelelahan kerja p-value 0,292>0,05, tidak terdapat hubungan antara shift kerja dengan perasaan kelelahan kerja diperoleh nilai p 0,070>0,05 dan tidak ada hubungan kondisi kesehatan dengan perasaan kelelahan kerja dengan nilai p-value 0,517>0,05. Sedangkan, untuk mengetahui hubungan umur dan status gizi menggunakan uji korelasi Rank Spearman diperoleh hasil tidak terdapat hubungan antara umur dengan perasaan kelelahan kerja dengan nilai Sig 0,682>0,05 dan adanya hubungan status gizi dengan perasaan kelelahan kerja diperoleh nilai Sig 0,025<0,05. Kesimpulan: Menunjukan tidak terdapat antara hubungan jenis kelamin, umur, masa kerja, shift kerja, kondisi kesehatan dengan perasaan kelelahan kerja dan terdapat hubungan antara status gizi dengan perasaan kelelahan kerja. Rekomendasi: Bagi tenaga kesehatan perawat dapat memperhatikan serta mengomsumsi makanan atau minuman yang mengandung gizi, protein, dan vitamin sebagai asupan energi yang diperlukan dalam tubuh./ Background: Nurses are medical personnel who provide nursing care to patients. Nurses will need extra effort to do their best, so they are prone to fatigue. In one inpatient room at a private hospital in Western Indonesia, data showed that the number of beds in room A consisted of 52 and room B consisted of 30 beds. The number of nurses in room A as many as 26 people and in room B as many as 44 people. There are 30 nurses in the inpatient room with feelings of work fatigue. Research Objectives: This study aims to determine the relationship between the factors of age, gender, years of service, work shifts, nutritional status and health conditions with feelings of work fatigue in inpatient nurses at a private hospital in western Indonesia. Research Methods: This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with a sample of 70 inpatient nurses using a questionnaire instrument. This study uses univariate and bivariate analysis methods. The Result: Based on the results of statistical tests with the chi square test there is no relationship between gender and feelings of work fatigue with a p-value of 0.421>0.05, there is no relationship between years of service and feelings of work fatigue p-value 0.292>0.05, there is no The relationship between work shifts and feelings of work fatigue obtained p-value 0.070<0.05, and there was no relationship between health conditions and feelings of work fatigue with p-value 0.517>0.05. Meanwhile, to find out the relationship between age and nutritional status using the Spearman Rank correlation test, the results showed that there was no relationship between age and feelings of work fatigue, a Sig value of 0.682>0.05 and a relationship between nutritional status and feelings of work fatigue obtained a Sig value of 0.025<0.05. Conclusion: It shows that there is no relationship between sex, age, years of work, work shifts, health conditions and feelings of work fatigue and there is a relationship between nutritional status and feelings of work fatigue. Recommendations: For health workers, nurses can pay attention to and consume food or drinks that contain nutrients, protein, and vitamins as energy intake needed in the body.
