Abstract
COVID-19 menyebabkan banyak perubahan di berbagai sektor kehidupan, termasuk dalam bidang pendidikan. Proses pembelajaran di Indonesia dilakukan secara jarak jauh untuk mengurangi pertambahan jumlah kasus COVID-19. Namun, pembelajaran jarak jauh ini menjadi salah satu penyebab stres di kalangan guru. Resiliensi diperlukan agar dapat beradaptasi dalam situasi tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran resiliensi pada guru taman kanak-kanak di Kecamatan Serengan di Surakarta pada masa Pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Serengan Surakarta pada bulan Maret-April 2021 dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian adalah convenience sampling dengan sampel 73 responden. Instrumen dalam penelitian menggunakan kuesioner resiliensi yang sudah valid dan reliabel dengan Chronbach’s alpha 0,722. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan analisis univariat. Hasil penelitian diperoleh persentase resiliensi rendah 38,4%, sedang 56,2% dan tinggi 5,5%. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memotivasi guru taman kanak-kanak untuk meningkatkan kemampuan beresilien serta memandang positif pekerjaannya. Penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat mendorong instansi pendidikan dan instansi kesehatan terkait untuk melakukan pelatihan dan penyuluhan mengenai kesehatan jiwa terutama yang berhubungan dengan resiliensi. Penelitian selanjutnya yang diperlukan yaitu untuk membandingkan faktor proteksi yang paling berpengaruh pada resiliensi. / COVID-19 has caused many changes in various sectors of life, including education. Learning process in Indonesia is carried out remotely to reduce the number of COVID-19 cases. However, Distance Learning is one of the causes of stress among teachers. In an effort to deal with stress, an adaptive coping mechanism is needed. Adaptive coping mechanisms can be maintained if they have good resistance to stress. This resistance is known as resilience. The aim of this study is to determine the description of the resilience of kindergarten teachers in Serengan District in Surakarta during the COVID-19 Pandemic. This research conducted on March-April 2021 in Serengan Surakarta with descriptive quantitative methods. Convinience sampling technique was applied in this study and got 73 respondents as the sample. The instrument in the study used a valid and reliable resilience questionnaire with the results of Chronbach's alpha 0.722. The results of this study found that the percentage of low resilience 38,4%, medium resilience 56,2% and high resilience 5,5%. This research is expected to motivate kindergarten teachers, to improve their resilience skills and work their work positively. Also, this research is expected educational institutions, and related health agencies to conduct training and counseling on mental health, especially those related to resilience. Further researchers are needed to compare the protection factors that most influence resilience.
