Abstract
Latar Belakang: Online learning merupakan sistem pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan teknologi internet atau media jaringan komputer. Motivasi merupakan suatu dorongan bagi individu untuk melakukan suatu tindakan untuk mencapai tujuan yang ditetapkan. Prestasi belajar merupakan hasil dari tindakan atau pekerjaan yang telah dilakukan. Tujuan Penelitian: Menganalisis hubungan antara motivasi dan prestasi belajar dalam online learning pada mahasiswa angkatan 2019 Fakultas Keperawatan di satu universitas swasta Indonesia. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa angkatan 2019 Fakultas Keperawatan di satu Universitas Swasta Indonesia yang berjumlah 337 orang dengan jumlah sampel 201 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian adalah simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari-Maret 2021 dan data dianalisis dengan teknik bivariat. Hasil Penelitian: Terdapatnya hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi dengan prestasi belajar pada mahasiswa angkatan 2019 fakultas keperawatan di satu Universitas Swasta Indonesia (p value = 0.025). Rekomendasi: Mempertahankan motivasi yang tinggi sangat penting untuk pembelajaran online learning, sehingga perlu strategi yang baik bagi pendidik maupun pembelajar untuk mempertahankan atau meningkatkan motivasi tersebut / Background: Online learning is a learning system that utilizes internet technology or computer network media. Motivation is an encouragement forindividuals to take an action to achieve their goals. Learning achievement is the result of the action or work that has been done. Research Objectives: To analyze the relationship between motivation and learning achievement in online learning in year 2019 studenst of the Faculty of Nursing at a private university Indonesia. Research method: This study used a correlational quantitative research with cross-sectional approach. The population in this study was year 2019 at a private university in Indonesia, totaling 337 people with a sample size of 201 people. The sampling technique in this study was a simple random sampling. Data collection was carried out in January-March 2021 and the data was analyzed using bivariate analysis technique. Research Results: There was a significant relationship between motivation and learning achievement nursing students year 2019 a private university in Indonesia (p value = 0.025). Recommendation: Maintaining high motivation is very important in online learning, therefore, a good strategy is needed for educators and learners to maintain or increase their motivation
