Abstract

Rasisme merupakan hal yang tidak asing lagi untuk negara yang memiliki keanekaragaman suku, agama, ras dan budaya. Indonesia sendiri dengan keanekaragaman suku, budaya, ras, dan agamanya sering kali menjadi sumbu yang mudah tersulut oleh masyarakatnya. Terutama soal keberadaan etnis tionghoa atau biasa disebut ‘cina’ yang kerap kali dianggap dan diperlakukan seolah ‘bukan sebagai warga Indonesia’. Dimana hal tersebut menjadi momok menakutkan bagi sebagian warga tionghoa di Indonesia. Tidak lain tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk untuk menambah wawasan masyarakat tentang dampak dari perilaku diskriminasi dan rasisme terhadap korban melalui sebuah film bergenre drama komedi./ Racism is familiar for a country that has a diversity of ethnicity, religion, race and culture. Indonesia itself with its diversity of tribes, cultures, races, and religions is often the axis that is easily ignited by its people. Especially about the existence of the Chinese ethnic or so-called 'Chinese' are often considered and treated as 'not as a citizen of Indonesia'. Where it becomes frightening for some people tionghoa in Indonesia. The aim of this research is to increase public knowledge about the impact of discriminatory behavior and racism on victims through a comedy drama genre film.
