Abstract

Kondisi pandemi Covid 19 menuntut perubahan cara belajar anak sekolah dari tatap muka menjadi dalam jaringan. Hal ini tidak jarang menimbulkan stres bagi orang tua khususnya Ibu. Ibu yang mendampingi anak sekolah daring juga memerlukan mekanisme koping yang adaptif untuk mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat gambaran stres dan mekanisme koping pada Ibu dengan anak yang mengikuti pembelajaran daring disalah satu SDN Merauke. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan melibatkan 80 Ibu yang mendampingi anaknya selama pembelajaran daring yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner PSS (Percieved Stress Scale) untuk meneliti tingkat stres dan Brief Cope Scale untuk meneliti mekanisme koping yang telah teruji valid dan reliabel. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat. Hasil penelitian didapatkan tingkat stres pada Ibu sebanyak 36,3% mengalami stres tinggi, 31.3% stress sedang dan 32,5% stress rendah. Sedangkan 57,5% Ibu memiliki koping adaptif dan 42.5% memiliki koping maladaptif. Perlu diberikan dukungan dan pelatihan bagi Ibu dalam melakukan manajemen stres selama mendampingi pembelajaran daring./ The pandemic of Covid 19 require change in learning from face-to-face learning to online learning. This situation cause stress of parent more often, especially a mother. Mothers who accompany their children to learning also need the adaptive coping mechanism to overcome the problem at hand. This study aim is to describe the level of stress and coping mechanism of mothers with children who attend online learning in one of Elementary Scholl in Merauke. This study using a quantitative analysis method involving 80 mothers that accompany their children in online learning whos taken with purposive sampling technique. The instrument in this study were a questionnaire Percieved Stress Scale (PSS) for the stres level and Brief Cope Scale for the coping mechanism that had been tested valid and reliable. Univariate analysis was used to analyze the data. This research shows that the high stres are 36,3%, medium are 31,3%, and the low are 32,5. Meanwhile the result of the coping mechanism used are adaptive with percentage 57,5% and maladaptive are 42,5%. It is necessary to provide support and training for mothers in carrying out stress management while assisting online learning.
