Abstract
Latar Belakang: Motivasi Ekstrinsik adalah suatu pendorong kerja yang timbul karena adanya rangsangan (stimulus) dari luar. Blended learning merupakan model pembelajaran yang menggabungkan antara pembelajaran tatap muka (face-to-face) dengan e-learning. Sehingga motivasi ekstrinsik dalam Blended Learning ialah Suatu dorongan belajar pada mahasiswa yang timbul karena adanya rangsangan (stimulus) dari luar terhadap metode pembelajaran blended learning yang merupakan metode pembelajaran gabungan dari kegiatan tatap muka dan aktivitas online yang bersifat tinggi, sedang dan rendah. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi ekstrinsik mahasiswa keperawatan selama metode pembelajaran blended learning di Fakultas Keperawatan Salah Satu Universitas Swasta Indonesia Barat. Metode penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian menggunakan metode Accidental sampling dengan menyebarkan kuesioner online kepada angkatan 2019 di Fakultas Keperawatan Salah Satu Universitas Swasta Indonesia Barat. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini merupakan kuesioner. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisa univariat. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Januari-Maret 2021. Hasil Penelitian: diperoleh bahwa motivasi ekstrinsik mahasiswa keperawatan selama metode pembelajaran blended learning di Fakultas Keperawatan Salah Satu Universitas Swasta Indonesia barat menunjukan bahwa 139 mahasiswa (75,5%) dengan kategori motivasi ekstrinsik yang sedang. Rekomendasi: Bagi peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan lebih fokus terhadap faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi ekstrinsik mahasiswa, dan dengan menggunakan sampel yang lebih bervariasi./ Background: Extrinsic motivation is the motivation of a workforce that arises because of external stimuli. Blended learning is a learning model that combines face-to-face learning with e-learning. So that extrinsic motivation in Blended Learning in students arises because of external stimuli against the blended learning method, which is a combined learning method of face-to-face activities and high, medium and low online activities. The purpose: To determine the motivation of nursing students during the blended learning learning method at the Faculty of Nursing, One of the Private Universities of West Indonesia. Research method: This research uses descriptive quantitative. The research sample used an Accidental sampling method with an online questionnaire for batch 2019 at the Faculty of Nursing, One of the Private Universities of West Indonesia. The instrument in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is univariate analysis. This research was conducted in January-March 2021. Results: An overview of the extrinsic motivation of nursing students during the blended learning learning method in the nursing faculty of one of the western Indonesian private universities showed that 139 students (75.5%) were categorized as moderate extrinsic motivation. Recommendation: It is hoped that future researchers will focus more on the factors that affect student motivation, and by using a more varied sample.
