Abstract

ABSTRAK Debora Purukan (01501180183) Fristy Nemesis Mamengko (01501180319) Putri Regina Sopamena (01501180195) HUBUNGAN PERILAKU INCIVILITY DAN STRESS MAHASISWA ANGKATAN 2018 FAKULTAS KEPERAWATAN DI SATU UNIVERSITAS SWASTA (xiii + 56 Halaman; 2 Bagan; 5 Tabel; 12 Lampiran) Incivility merupakan perilaku tidak menyenangkan atau mengganggu yang dapat mengakibatkan gangguan fisiologis atau psikologis bagi mereka yang terlibat dan dapat berkembang menjadi situasi yang mengancam apabila tidak ditangani. Perilaku incivility dapat terjadi akibat beberapa hal salah satunya yaitu stress, stress, namun juga dapat menjadi dampak dari perilaku incivility. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara incivility dan stress pada mahasiswa angkatan 2018 Fakultas Keperawatan di satu Universitas Swasta. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan korelasi. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa angkatan 2018 yang aktif di Fakultas Keperawatan disatu Universitas Swasta yang berjumlah 331. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini 200 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dan bivariat yang menggunkan uji korelasi Spearman. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara perilaku mahasiswa incivility dan stress dengan korelasi yang rendah (p value p,010, nilai r yaitu 0,183 dan 0,269). Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah penting untuk pendidikan keperawatan menyediakan lingkungan yang kondusif sehingga mahasiswa dapat perilaku positif dalam pembelajaran. Incivility can occur due to several things, one of them is stress, on the other hand, stress can also be an impact of incivility. The research objective was to identify the relationship between incivility and stress in nursing students of year 2018 at a private university. This research applied a descriptive quantitative research method with a correlation approach. The population of this study was nursing students of year 2018 at a private university, with total 331 students. The sampling technique of the study was a simple random sampling. The sample of this study was 200 students. The data analysis of this study was both univariate and bivariate analyses using Spearman test. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The result ofn this study indicates a significant relationship between incivility and stress of the student (p value0, 010; r values 0.183 and 0.269).
