Abstract

Learning media is a strategic step that can be taken to increase students' interest in certain courses, especially courses that prioritize psychomotor aspects that require demonstrations and demonstrations. A preliminary study by interviewing 10 students found all students who said audio-visual learning media could affect their learning interest during online learning. Research Objectives: Identifying the relationship of audio visual learning media with the interest in learning nursing students in PBN courses in online learning. Research Method: This study is correlational quantitative research. The samples in this study amounted to 173 students, which was obtained using total sampling techniques. The research instrument uses questionnaires about audio visual learning media and student learning interests that have been conducted for validity and reliability tests. Analyze the data using the chisquare test. Result: 50.9% of respondents stated that learning media with less good categories while 53.8% of respondents showed high interest in online learning. Chi-square analysis shows there is a significant link between audio visual learning media and nursing students' interest in PBN courses in online learning (p=0.001). Recommendation: For further research, experimental research is needed to determine control variables, namely other variables that do not get the treatment imposed on the research object that may occur.
