Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari citra merk , kepercayaan brand, dan informasi pada kemasa terhadap keputusan pembelian produk tolak angin . karena pandemic yang sedang berlangsung di Indonesia yang di sebabkan oleh virus COVID-19 membuat pemerintah memberlakukan peraturan PSBB (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar) untuk mengurangi terjadinya penularan virus COVID 19 . Virus Covid 19 ini sendiri merupakan virus yang menganggu indra pernafasan dan indra penciuman , dan sangat mudah untuk menularkan kepada orang lain. Salah satu cara untuk mencegah terjadinya penluaran virus COVID-19 adalah dengan memelihara kekebalan tubuh dimana supaya antibody kita dalam dengan kuat melawan virus COVID-19 ini , oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini akan membahas produk dari manufacturer jamu dalam kemasan PT. Sido Muncul , Tbk dengan salah satu produk mereka Tolak Angin . Produk tolak angin memiliki slogan untuk memelihara kekebalan tubuh karena di kemasan mereka terdapatsebuah tag line untuk hal tersebut , oleh karena itu peneliti akan membahas tentang variable apa saja yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian jamu dalam kemasan tolak angin . Dan yang di pilih oleh peneliti berdasarkan jurnal acuan yang di dapat adalah citrak merk , kepercayaan merk , dan informasi pada kemasa terhadap keputusan pembelian . dan dalam pengambilan sample Teknik yang di pilih adalah non – probability sampling dengan purposive sampling dimana responen merupakan individu yang sudah pernah membeli produk tolak angin dengan jumlah 385 responden . data kemudian diolah oleh perangkat lunak Smart PLS dengan menggunakan partial least square – structural equation model . hasil dari penelitian menyatakan bahwa citra merk , kepercayaan merk , informasi pada kemasan memberikan pengaruh yang baik atau positif terhadap keputusan pembelian seseorang akan produk tolak angin ./ This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, brand trust, and information in the future on purchasing decisions of reject wind products. because the ongoing pandemic in Indonesia which is caused by the COVID-19 virus has made the government enforce the PSBB (Large-Scale Social Restrictions) regulation to reduce the occurrence of transmission of the COVID-19 virus. The Covid 19 virus itself is a virus that interferes with the senses of breath and the sense of smell, and is very easy to transmit to others. One way to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus is to maintain immunity so that our antibodies can strongly fight the COVID- 19 virus, therefore this study will discuss products from the herbal medicine manufacturer in the packaging of PT. Sido Muncul, Tbk with one of their products Reject the Wind. The product rejects the wind has a slogan to maintain immunity because in their packaging there is a tag line for this, therefore researchers will discuss what variables influence the decision to buy herbal medicine in repellentpackaging. And what the researcher chooses based on the reference journal that is obtained is the brand image, brand trust, and information on the future regarding purchase decisions. and in sampling. The technique chosen is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling where the respondent is an individual who has bought a product of reject wind with a total of 385 respondents. The data is then processed by Smart PLS software using partial least square - structural equation models. The results of the study stated that the brand image, brand trust, information on the packaging had a good or positive influence on a person's purchasing decision for repelling products.
