Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh perbedaan gender antara laki-laki dan perempuan terhadap resiko jatuhnya harga saham perusahan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini juga ingin melihat apakah executive perempuan memiliki pengaruh positif atau negatif terhadap resiko jatuhnya harga saham. Penelitian ini memiliki observasi dimana di dalamnya terdapat 433 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2010 hingga tahun 2019 dengan beberapa kriteria tertentu. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada 2 yaitu Logit Model, dan Generalized Method of Moments (GMM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa executive perempuan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap resiko jatuhnya harga saham perusahaan. Selain itu posisi CFO dibandingkan dengan CEO juga tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan positif di dalam mempengaruhi resiko jatuhnya harga saham
