Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara Kepuasan Kerja Dan Komitmen Organisasi Serta Kinerja Karyawan Terhadap Pembelajaran Organisasional Pada Pt. Mindo Persada Utama Kabupaten Bengkalis, Provinsi Riau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Kuesioner menyajikan beberapa pertanyaan dilengkapi dengan beberapa angka untuk mewakili jawaban dari responden. Alasan digunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif adalah agar data dapat dikumpulkan secara cepat dan hemat waktu untuk menguji hipotesis agar diketahui pengaruh antar variabelnya dan menggunakan probability sampling, simple random sampling dimana responden adalah karyawan pada Pt. Mindo Persada Utama. Sampel penelitian yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 155 responden. Metode analisis statistic yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan software Smart PLS 3.0, hasil penelitian ini adalah Hipotesis pertama ditolak. Dengan kata lain, pembelajaran organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hipotesis kedua ditolak, artinya bahwa pembelajaran organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi. Hipotesis ketiga ditolak, yang berarti bahwa pembelajaran organisasi tidak memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hipotesis keempat ditolak, yang berarti bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hipotesis kelima diterima, yang berarti bahwa komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kontribusi hasil dari penelitian ini bisa digunakan pada bidang SDM sebagai masukan untuk HR pada perusahaan dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran organisasional. / This study aims to identify the relationship between Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance on Organizational Learning at Pt. Mindo Persada Utama Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province. This research uses quantitative research methods using a questionnaire. The questionnaire presents several questions equipped with several numbers to represent the answers of the respondents. The reason for using this type of quantitative research is so that data can be collected quickly and save time to test hypotheses in order to know the influence between the variables and use probability sampling, simple random sampling where the respondent is an employee at Pt. Mindo Persada Utama. The research sample collected in this study amounted to 155 respondents. The statistical analysis method used in this research is software Smart PLS3.0. The results of this study are that the first hypothesis is rejected. In other words, organizational learning has no effect on job satisfaction. The second hypothesis is rejected, meaning that organizational learning has no effect on organizational commitment. The third hypothesis is rejected, which means that organizational learning has a positive influence on employee performance. The fourth is rejected, which means that job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance. The fifth hypothesis is accepted, which means that organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance. The contribution of the results of this study can be used in the HR field as input for HR in companies in improving organizational learning.
