Abstract
Persaingan dalam bisnis merupakan salah satu resiko yang dapat mengancam para pelaku bisnis. Untuk mempertahankan bisnisnya, perusahaan dapat menggunakan jasa digital marketing agency. Pelaksanaan aktivitas magang dimulai pada tanggal 11 November 2020 sampai dengan 11 Februari 2021 di Digital Marketing Agency Kanekin. Aktivitas magang yang dijalankan di Kanekin ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari dinamika berpikir kreatif, mempelajari pendekatan yang tepat untuk audiens yang beragam, serta menguasai cara merangkai copywriting dan konten yang tepat. Adapun tinjauan teori dan konsep yang mendukung laporan ini yaitu konsep komunikasi, komunikasi pemasaran, media baru, media sosial, kreatif, serta copywriting. Tim kreatif berperan sebagai pihak yang menciptakan ide unik, yang dapat membedakan strategi Kanekin dengan strategi pemasaran lainnya. Sedangkan dalam ruang lingkup pemasaran digital ini, seorang copywriter berperan untuk menyampaikan pesan suatu perusahaan terhadap audiensnya dengan efisien, membantu suatu perusahaan membangun relasi dengan audiensnya, serta mencapai tujuan masing-masing perusahaan. Kemampuan untuk menyusun strategi dan pendekatan yang tepat sangatlah dibutuhkan oleh seorang copywriter dan juga tim kreatif. Karena itu, Kanekin juga perlu mengembangkan tim kreatif internal dan mengaktifkan komunitas di luar tim Kanekin, dengan harapan untuk mendapat perspektif baru dan memastikan bahwa strategi yang dijalankan Kanekin masih relevan dengan situasi yang terus berubah-ubah. / Competition in businesses is one of the risks that could threaten the businesses themselves. To make their businesses survive, business owners have to find the right way out, and one of them being giving the trusts to the digital marketing agency. This internship started at November 11th 2020 and ends at February 11th 2021 at Kanekin. This internship aims to explore the dynamic of creative thinking, the suitable approach for different target audiences, and learn how to craft impactful contents and copywriting. Here contained some theories and concepts that promote this report, such as concept of communication, marketing communication, new media, social media, creative, and copywriting. Creative team have a big role to conceive and develop creative ideas that could differentiate Kanekin’s strategies from others. In this digital era, a copywriter has a big impact in the success of a marketing strategy. A copywriter needs to deliver brand’s information to the audiences and build a good relationship. The proficiency to develop the excellent strategies and approaches are essentials to a copywriter and as a part of creative team. That is why Kanekin also needs to expand the internal team and activate community gatherings with the external, hoping that the team will get new perspective and ensure that the ongoing strategies are relevant in this dynamic situation.
