Abstract

Komunikasi sangat dibutuhkan dalam sebuah perusahaan, agar bisa mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Salah satu kegiatan dalam perusahaan yang membutuhkan komunikasi adalah perusahaan ritel. Sebuah perusahaan ritel dalam keberlangsungan usahanya, memiliki banyak divisi terstruktur dan cabang yang memerlukan koordinasi secara internal dalam menyusun dan mengatur para anggota-nya untuk saling bekerjasama dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Setiap bagian dalam perusahaan saling bekerjasama dan berkoordinasi agar seluruh strategi bisa dijalankan dengan baik, salah satu divisi dalam perusahaan adalah divisi loss prevention. Divisi loss prevention pada Go-Fruit.id berada langsung di bawah area manager yang memberikan arahan dan perintah tugas untuk dilaksanakan. Fokus utama divisi loss prevention adalah mempertahankan dan pembentukan kualitas bermutu selama proses pelaksanaan tugas. Divisi loss prevention melakukan koordinasi untuk bekerjasama antar divisi. / Communication is needed in a company, in order to achieve company goals. One of the activities in a company that requires communication is a retail company. A retail company in its business continuity, has many structured divisions and branches that require internal coordination in compiling and managing its members to cooperate with each other in achieving company goals. Every part of the company cooperates, and coordinates. So that all strategies can be carried out properly, and one of the divisions within the company is the loss prevention division. The loss prevention division at Go-Fruit.id is directly under the area manager who gives directions and orders for tasks to be carried out. The main focus of loss prevention is to maintain and establish quality quality. During the process of carrying out its duties, the loss prevention division coordinates to cooperate between divisions.
