Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara efektivitas kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan serta peran mediasi kepuasan kerja pada karyawan Museum XYZ. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif serta menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner kepada 110 responden yang merupakan karyawan Museum XYZ. Selanjutnya data diolah menggunakan software SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh antara efektivitas kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.
