Abstract
The competition among businesses in this recent globalization environment is tighter to follow the changes of the business and market development areas. Organizational culture is critical and becomes the key to behavioral indicator in establishing accountability goals as the basis for organizational health. This Research was conducted at PT. Bakrie Sumatera Plantation Tbk, in Sumatera Utara in Kisaran Headquarter Office. The objectives of this research are to determine and analyze the effect of organizational culture on the employees performance at PT. Bakrie Sumatera Plantations, Tbk in Sumatera Utara. In this study, the method used by the author is a descriptive quantitative method. This research uses the primary and secondary data. Data was collected through the questionnaire distribution and interviews to the employees. The population is 152 employees and sample in this research is 110 by using the Solving Formula Method and analyzed by Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). The result of Hypothesis Test by T-test shows the result “Organizational culture significantly has an effect on employees’ performance at PT. Bakrie Sumatera Plantations, Tbk in Sumatera Utara”, alternate hypothesis is accepted. / Persaingan antar bisnis pada zaman globalisasi seperti sekarang ini semakin ketat dalam mengikuti perubahan bisnis dan perkembangan pasar. Budaya organisasi menjadi sangat penting dan menjadi kunci indikator perilaku dalam menetapkan tujuan akuntabilitas sebagai dasar kesehatan organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Bakrie Sumatera Plantation Tbk, di Sumatera Utara di Kantor Pusat Kisaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bakrie Sumatera Plantations, Tbk di Sumatera Utara. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan penulis adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan wawancara kepada karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 152 karyawan dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 110 orang dengan menggunakan Metode Slovin Formula dan dianalisis dengan Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). Hasil uji Hipotesis dengan Uji-T menunjukkan ‘Budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bakrie Sumatera Plantations, Tbk di Sumatera Utara”, maka Hipotesis Alternatif diterima.
