Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) meningkatkan ketatnya persaingan antar industri dan organisasi. Perkembangan teknologi memudahkan seseorang untuk dapat mengakses dan mempelajari ilmu pengetahuan dengan lebih cepat dimanapun dan kapanpun. Dunia saat ini sedang dilanda virus Covid-19 sejak ditetapkannya sebagai pandemi oleh World Health Organization/ WHO (WHO, 2020). Pada awal 2020 Corona Virus Diseases-19 (Covid-19) menyebar dan menjadi permasalahan seluruh negara di dunia yang berdampak pada perekonomian, kesehatan, dan cara bekerja suatu negara. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui komitmen organisasi pada karyawan yang bekerja dari rumah (KDR) di masa pandemic Covid-19. Pada penelitian ini berjumlah 96 responden. Pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh positif dan sifnifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak sifnifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; Kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh positif dan sifnifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi; Kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan sifnifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi; Komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan sifnifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; Kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak sifnifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui komitmen organisasi; Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak sifnifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui komitmen organisasi./ The progress of information and communication technology (ICT) has increases the intense competition between industries and organizations. The development of technology makes it easier for someone to be able to access and learn science faster wherever and whenever. The world is currently being hit by the Covid-19 virus since it was declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization / WHO (WHO, 2020). In early 2020 the Corona Virus Diseases-19 (Covid-19) spread and became a problem for all countries in the world which had an impact on the economy, health and the way a country worked. The research objective was to determine the effect of transformational leadership and compensation on job satisfaction through organizational commitment to employees who work from home (WFH) during the Covid-19 pandemic. In this study, there were 96 respondents. Data processing in this study using PLS-SEM. The results showed that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; Compensation has no positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction; Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment; Compensation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment; Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; Transformational leadership has no positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction through organizational commitment; Compensation has no positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction through organizational commitment
