Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Adimulia Golden Lestari Medan. To test and determine the influence of Work Motivation on Employee Work Discipline at PT. Adimulia Golden Lestari Medan.The theory used in this study relates to the theory of family business, entrepreneurship, HRM, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline.In this study, the method used by the author is a quantitative analysis method. The type of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique used is proportionate sampling. Data was collected through interviews, questionnaire and questionnaires distributed to employee. The total sample is 99 employees. The scale used to measure variables is the Likert scale.The results of the partial test can be explained that tcount (9.815) > ttable (1.985) and a significant value 0.000 <0.05, then work motivation has an influence towards work discipline at PT. Adimulia Golden Lestari Medan. the coefficient of determination which can be seen from the results of the R square of 0.498 that the work discipline of 49.8% is explained by work motivation and the remaining 50.2% is explained by other variables outside of this research, namely satisfaction, leadership style, reward, compensation. The conclusion of this study is that work motivation has an influence towards work discipline at PT. Adimulia Golden Lestari Medan. The recommendation is pay attention to employees who have high performance can have a chance to get promoted, the company must provide a clear guideline to employees, to conduct research with other variables./Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Adimulia Golden Lestari Medan. Untuk menguji dan menentukan pengaruh motivasi bekerja pada disiplin karyawan di PT. Adimulia Golden Lestari Medan.Teori yang digunakan dalam studi ini berkaitan dengan teori bisnis keluarga, kewirausahaan, HRM, motivasi bekerja, dan Disiplin KerjaDalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah metode analisis kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, kuesioner dan kuesioner dikirim ke karyawan. Total sampel adalah 99 karyawan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah proporsi sampel. Skala yang dipakai untuk mengukur variabel adalah skala Likert. Hasil sebagian tes dapat dijelaskan bahwa tcount (9,815) > ttable (1.985) dan nilai yang signifikan 0.000 <0.05, kemudian motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja di PT. Adimulia Golden Lestari Medan. koefisien penentuan yang dapat dilihat dari Hasil R square dari 0.498 bahwa disiplin 49.8% dijelaskan oleh motivasi kerja dan sisa 50.2% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini, kepuasan, gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi, kompensasi,Kesimpulan dari studi ini adalah bahwa motivasi bekerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap disiplin pekerjaan di PT. Admimulia Golden Lestari Medan.Rekomendasinya adalah memperhatikan karyawan yang memiliki kinerja tinggi dapat memiliki kesempatan untuk dipromosikan, perusahaan harus memberikan pedoman yang jelas kepada karyawan, untuk melakukan penelitian dengan variabel lain
