Abstract

Rumah adalah kebutuhan pokok bagi setiap manusia. Rumah merupakan bangunan atau struktur fisik untuk tempat berlindung, dimana lingkungan berguna untuk kesehatan rohani dan jasmani serta keadaan sosialnya baik untuk kesehatan individu dan keluarga. Karenanya, rumah menjadi kebutuhan penting yang harus dipenuhi.Saat ini, untuk mencari rumah yang ingin dibeli atau disewa, biasanya masyarakat melihat koran ataupun rekomendasi dari teman atau kerabat ataupun melalui pameran. Sementara itu, bagi admin ataupun developer, untuk mempromosikan rumahnya, biasanya dilakukan dengan menyebarkan selebaran brosur ataupun melalui koran, televisi dan media sosial. Bagi masyarakat, proses pencarian rumah ini sering kesulitan memperoleh yang sesuai dengan keinginannya. Sedangkan, bagi admin ataupun developer, proses promosi ini sering tidak tepat sasaran dan menghabiskan banyak dana. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut, maka dapat dirancang sebuah aplikasi berbasis website yang dapat dijadikan sebagai jembatan bagi masyarakat dan adminataupun developer dalam mencari dan mempromosikan rumah. Aplikasi website ini juga menyediakan fasilitas booking dan pembatalan booking untuk memesan antrian kunjungan ke rumah yang diinginkan sehingga dapat membantu pertemuan anatra calon pembeli dan penjual dengan pilihan rumah yang telah diinginkan oleh pembeli./Home is a basic need for every human being. House is a physical structure or building for shelter, where the environment is useful for physical and spiritual health as well as social conditions for the health of families and individuals. Therefore, the house is an important need that must be met. Currently, people usually look at newspapers or recommendations from friends or relatives or through exhibitions to find a house that they want to buy or rent. Meanwhile, for home owners or developers, promoting their homes is usually done by distributing flyers or through newspapers, television and social media. For the community, the process of finding a house is often difficult to get what they want. Meanwhile, for home owners or developers, this promotion process is often not on target and costs a lot of money. To solve these problems, a website-based application can be designed that can be used as a bridge for the community and home owners or developers in finding and promoting homes. This website application also provides a booking facility and booking cancellations to order a queue of visits to the desired home. So that can help meet prospective buyers and sellers with the choices of home that have been desired buy buyers.
