Abstract

Dalam perkembangan zaman perkembangan teknologi sangat berkembang dengan pesat terutama di bidang komunikasi, sehingga menyebabkan handphone HP sudah menjadi kebutuhan utama manusia. Hal tersebut disebabkan karena HP sudah memiliki banyak fungsi seperti foto, merekam video, mengirim surat elektronik, berbelanja, melakukan transaksi keuangan melalui aplikasi internet banking dan masih banyak lagi. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan penggunaan case protector HP untuk melindungi agar ketika jatuh tidak terjadi kerusakan. Perkembangan teknologi menyebabkan perkembangan HP terjadi sangat cepat, contohnya perusahaan Xiaomi dalam setahun dapat mengeluarkan 2 produk dalam satu tipe tetapi memiliki design yang berbeda. Hal tersebut membuat setiap penjual harus dapat menjual setiap case protector HP dengan cepat sebelum muncul HP baru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian case protector HP, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah logistic regression dengan menggunakan aplikasi RapidMiner Studio. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah diskon, harga case protector, harga ongkos kirim, dan rating toko. Dari hasil pengolahan data didapatkan bahwa variabel diskon memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian case protector HP dengan memiliki nilai akurasi, presisi, dan recall yaitu 74,5%,76,4% dan 96,4%. Variabel harga case protector memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian case protector HP dengan memiliki nilai akurasi, presisi, dan recall yaitu 71,8%,72,2% dan 97,4%. Variabel rating toko memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian case protector HP dengan memiliki nilai akurasi, presisi, dan recall yaitu 89,9%,90,7% dan 98,9% dan variabel ongkos kirim memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian case protector HP dengan memiliki nilai akurasi, presisi, dan recall yaitu 82.5%,89,4% dan 90,6%. / In the development of the era of technological development is growing rapidly, especially in the field of communication, causing mobile phone HP has become a major human need. This is because HP already has many functions suchas photos, recording videos, sending electronic mail, shopping, conducting financial transactions through internet banking applications and much more. Therefore, it is necessary to use a HP case protector to protect it so that when it falls there is no damage. Technological developments cause the development of cellphones to occur very quickly, for example the Xiaomi company in a year can issue 2 products in one type but have different designs. This makes every seller must be able to sell every HP case protector quickly before a new cellphone appears. The purpose of this study is to find out what factors influence the decision to purchase HP case protectors, the method used in this study is logistic regression using the RapidMiner Studio application. The variables used in this study are discounts, case protector prices, postage prices, and store ratings. From the results of data processing, it was found that the discount variable had a positive influence on purchasing decisions for HP case protectors by having accuracy, precision, and recall values, namely 74.5%, 76.4% and 96.4%. The case protector price variable has a positive influence on the decision to purchase HP case protectors by having accuracy, precision, and recall values, namely 71.8%, 72.2% and 97.4%. The store rating variable has a positive influence on the HP case protector purchase decision by having accuracy, precision, and recall values of 89.9%, 90.7% and 98.9% and the shipping cost variable has a positive influence on the HP case protector purchase decision with have accuracy, precision, and recall values of 82.5%, 89.4% and 90.6%.
