Abstract

Dalam studi ini, menganalisis pengaruh penjualan pribadi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di PT. Putra Indo Mandiri Sejahtera, Berastagi . Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berhubungan dengan teori penjualan pribadi dan kepuasan pelanggan. Menurut Priansa (2016), lima elemen mengenai kepuasan konsumen adalah sebagai berikut sebagai berikut, kinerja, perbandingan, pengalaman, konfirmasi dan disconfirmation Setiadi (2016), untuk mengukur variabel penjualan pribadi yang berikut ini digunakan promosi konsumen, kualitas promosi, mengajak konsumen, melakukan pelayanan. . Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah metode analisis kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan kuisioner didistribusikan ke pelanggan. Populasi adalah 137 pelanggan yang diberi sampel 102 pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel acak dengan mengambil sejumlah populasi sebagai sampel untuk diuji menggunakan SPSS. Skala yang dipakai untuk mengukur variabel adalah skala Likert. Hasil sebagian tes dapat dijelaskan bahwa tcount (11.024) > ttable (1.984) dan nilai yang signifikan dari 0.000 <0.05, kemudian Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, yaitu, yaitu: penjualan pribadi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di PT. Putra Indo Mandiri Sejahtera, Berastagi . Kesimpulan dalam studi ini bahwa penjualan pribadi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di PT. Putra Indo Mandiri Sejahtera, Berastagi Untuk meningkatkan penjualan pribadi yang efektif dapat mendorong peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan./In this study, analyze the effect of Personal Selling towards Customer Satisfaction at PT. Putra Indo Mandiri Sejahtera, Berastagi . The theory used in this study is related to the theory of Personal Selling and Customer Satisfaction. According to Priansa (2016), the five elements concerning consumer satisfaction are as follows expectations, performance, comparison, experience, confirmation, and disconfirmation Setiadi (2016), to measure personal selling variable, the following indicators are used prospecting for consumers, qualifying the prospect, presenting the sales manager and servicing the account. . In this study, the method used by the author is a quantitative analysis method. The type of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires distributed to customers. The population is 137 customers, and a sample amounted to 102 customers. This study uses a random sampling method by taking a number of populations as samples to be tested using SPSS. The scale used to measure variables is the Likert scale. The results of the partial test can be explained that tcount (11,024) > ttable (1,984) and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, namely: Personal Selling effect Customer Satisfaction at PT. Putra Indo Mandiri Sejahtera, Berastagi . The conclusion in this study is that there is the Personal Selling Toward Customer Satisfaction at PT. Putra Indo Mandiri Sejahtera, Berastagi . To improve the Personal Selling that is effective can encourage the improvement of Customer Satisfaction.
