Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh return on asset (ROA), return on equity (ROE), debt to equity (DER), Sales Growth dan Size Firm terhadap nilai perusahaan Indeks LQ-45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2019. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah semua perusahaan selain perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar pada perusahan Indeks LQ-45 periode 2015-2019. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ada sebanyak 39 perusahaan. Dimana untuk mendapatkan sampel ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling yang berasal dari kriteria penelitian. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial (uji-T) variabel ROA, DER dan Size Firm memberikan pengaruh kepada nilai perusahaan Indeks LQ-45 sementara variabel ROE dan Sales Growth tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan indeks LQ-45 dan secara simultan (uji F) variabel ROA, ROE, DER, Sales Growth dan Size Firm memberikan pengaruh kepada nilai perusahaan Indeks LQ-45 yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2019. Kata kunci: Price book value (PBV), ROA, ROE, DER, Sales Growth, dan Size Firm / This study aims to analyze the effect of return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), debt to equity (DER), Sales Growth and Firm Size on the firm value of the LQ-45 Index listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2015-2019. The population used in this study are all companies other than banking companies listed on the LQ-45 Index for the 2015-2019 period. The sample in this study were 39 companies. The sample for this research is using purposive sampling method derived from the research criteria. Analysis of the data used in this study is by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially (T-test) the ROA, DER and Firm Size variables have an effect on the firm value of the LQ-45 Index while the ROE and Sales Growth variables have no effect on the firm value of the LQ-45 index and simultaneously (F test). ROA, ROE, DER, Sales Growth and Firm Size variables have an influence on the value of the LQ-45 Index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period.
