Abstract

PT. Inti Artha Solindo merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pemasok suku cadang perusahaan kelapa sawit yang berdomisili di Kalimantan. Sistem penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas yang diterapkan pada PT. Inti Artha Solindo saat ini adalah sistem konvensional. Penerapan sistem ini pada perusahaan memiliki beberapa kelemahan seperti pembuatan laporan yang memerlukan waktu yang lama dan informasi arus keluar masuk kas pada periode tertentu tidak dapat diketahui secara langsung. Penelitian ini pertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas pada PT. Inti Artha Solindo yang mencakup proses pencatatan data transaksi dan penyusunan laporan. Tools yang digunakan untuk melakukan analisis dan desain adalah Data Flow Diagram (DFD). Sedangkan, bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan untuk merancang sistem adalah bahasa script PHP dengan menggunakan aplikasi MySQL ebagai database engine. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi manajemen kas yang terkomputerisasi yang dapat digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh PT. Inti Artha Solindo./PT. Inti Artha Solindo is a company engaged in the supplier of spare parts for palm oil companies domiciled in Kalimantan. The cash receipts and disbursements system applied to PT. The core of Artha Solindo today is a conventional system. The application of this system to the company has several weaknesses, such as making reports that take a long time and information on cash outflows in a certain period cannot be known directly. This study aims to develop a cash receipts and disbursements information system at PT. Inti Artha Solindo which includes the process of recording transaction data and preparing reports. The analysis and design process will be carried out using Data Flow iagrams (DFD). Meanwhile, the programming language used to build the system is the PHP script language using the MySQL application as the database engine. The result of this research is a computerized cash management information system which is expected to be able to solve problems in the current system at PT. Inti Artha Solindo.
