Abstract
Akta Perjanjian Pengikatan Jual Beli yang dijadikan sebagai dasar peralihan hak atas tanah girik telah menimbulkan adanya suatu peralihan hak keperdataan yang harus dilakukan pendaftaran hak atas tanah dan jika hak atas tanah tersebut sudah terbit maka harus dibuat akta jual beli dihadapan Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah, serta Notaris dalam membuat Akta Perjanjian Pengikatan Jual Beli harus memperhatikan persyaratan hukum terkait dengan syarat-syarat peralihan hak atas tanah girik sehingga akta yang dibuat merupakan sebuah akta otentik yang memiliki kekuatan hukum pembuktian yang sempurna / the Sale and Purchase Binding Agreement Deed which is used as the basis for the transfer of rights to the girik land has led to a transfer of civil rights that must be registered with land rights and if the land rights have been issued, A sale and purchase deed must be made by official certifier of title deeds, as well as the Notary in making the Sale and Purchase Binding Agreement Deed must pay attention to the legal requirements related to the conditions for the transfer of rights to the girik land so that the deed made is an authentic deed that has perfect legal force of proof.
