Abstract

The decline in business performance that occurs is judged by the decrease in revenue of the companies that have difficulty achieving company targets every month and year. Apart from not achieving the monthly and annual targets, the company is also experiencing difficulties due to a declining revenue trend compared to 2017 to 2019. An effective intrapreneurial orientation is needed betweenleaders and employees to provide ideas and innovations to return to its improved revenue performance. If entrepreneurial companies change the business paradigm and make us see products and services in different ways, then why organizations that do not have extraordinary wealth and extraordinary resources can drive innovation more easily? All of that can certainly be done by changing the way of thinking from the traditional to the creative thinking that leads to the innovation process. The research types by the writer are descriptive research and casual research. Data analysis methods used in this research are descriptive statistic, validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, heteroscedasticity test, coefficient of determination, simple linear regression equation, and t-test. Based on the results of the t test, intrapreneurial orientation (X) has positive effect on business performance. The result of hypothesis test by using T-Test, the value of tcount = 9,483. It means that hypothesis is accepted because tcount (9,483) > ttable (1,985). Intrapreneurial orientation has effect on business performance at PT. Namu Karya Mandiri. The conclusion of this research is intrapreneurial orientation has positive influence on towards on business performance at PT. Namu Karya Mandiri. By paying attention to intrapreneurial orientation, it is hoped that the company can improve its business performance in the future./Penurunan kinerja bisnis yang terjadi dinilai dari penurunan pendapatan pada perusahaan yang mengalami kesulitan mencapai target perusahaan setiap bulan dan tahun. Selain tidak mencapai target bulanan dan tahunan, perseroan juga mengalami kesulitan karena tren pendapatan yang menurun dibandingkan tahun 2017 hingga 2019. Diperlukan orientasi intrapreneurial yang efektif antara pimpinan dan karyawan untuk memberikan ide dan inovasi guna kembali pada kinerja pendapatan yang membaik. Jika perusahaan wirausaha mengubah paradigma bisnis dan membuat kita melihat produk dan layanan dengan cara yang berbeda, mengapa organisasi yang tidak memiliki kekayaan luar biasa dan sumber daya yang luar biasa dapat mendorong inovasi dengan lebih mudah. Semua itu tentunya bisa dilakukan dengan mengubah cara berpikir dari tradisional ke cara berpikir kreatif yang mengarah pada proses inovasi. Jenis penelitian yang penulis lakukan adalah penelitian deskriptif dan penelitian kasual. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, koefisien determinasi, persamaan regresi linier sederhana, dan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil uji t orientasi intrapreneurial (X) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja bisnis. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan Uji-T diperoleh nilai thitung = 9,483. Artinya hipotesis diterima karena thitung (9,483)> ttabel (1,985). Orientasi intrapreneurial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja bisnis pada PT. Namu Karya Mandiri. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah orientasi intrapreneurial berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja bisnis pada PT. Namu Karya Mandiri. Dengan memperhatikan orientasi intrapreneurial diharapkan perusahaan dapat meningkatkan kinerja bisnisnya di masa yang akan datang.
