Abstract

Penelitian terhadap Akibat Hukum Mengenai Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT) Terhadap Perkembangan Anak Di Kota Medan merupakan objek penelitian yang menarik dan penting. Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab terjadinya kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) terhadap anak dan bentuk-bentuk dari Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT) terhadap anak yang mempengaruhi perkembangan anak. Berdasarkan ruang lingkup dan identifikasi masalah, pokok permasalahan dalam penelitian ini akan dikaji secara yuridis normatif. Pendekatan yang bersifat normatif tersebut akan dilakukan dengan mempergunakan bahan hukum primer, bahan hukum sekunder dan bahan hukum tersier. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi data sekunder dan data primer. Data dan informasi yang diperoleh akan disajikan secara kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskripftif-analitis. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan faktor penyebab terjadinya Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT) terhadap anak, di antaranya tidak adanya kontrol sosial pada pelaku kekerasan pada anak meskipun pelaku merupakan orang tua atau kerabat dekat, bentuk-bentuk kekerasan pada anak dapat diklasifikasikan dalam 4 macam, yaitu: kekerasan fisik, kekerasan psikis/emosi, kekerasan seksual, dan kekerasan sosial (penterlantaran) dimana UUPA dan UUPKDRT telah mengatur tentang ancaman yang berat bagi pelaku kekerasan dalam rumah tangga ini, apalagi jika korbannya adalah anak-anak, bahkan penambahan hukuman bagi pelaku yaitu orang tua dari anak yang bersangkutan./Research on the Legal Consequences of Domestic Violence (KDRT) on Child Development in Medan City is an interesting and important research object. The purpose of the study was to determine the causes of domestic violence (KDRT) against children and to determine the forms of domestic violence (KDRT) against children that affect children's development. Based on the scope and identification of the problem, the subject matter in this study will be reviewed in a normative juridical manner. This normative approach will be carried out by using primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. Types of data in this study include secondary data and primary data. The data and information obtained will be presented qualitatively with a descriptive-analytical approach. The results showed the factors causing the occurrence of Domestic Violence (KDRT) against children, including the absence of social control on perpetrators of violence against children even though the perpetrators were parents or close relatives, forms of violence in children can be classified into 4 types, namely: physical violence, psychological / emotional violence, sexual violence, and social violence (neglect) where the UUPA and UUPKDRT have regulated the serious threat to perpetrators of domestic violence, especially if the victim is a child, even additional punishment for the perpetrator is a person. parents of the child concerned.
