Abstract

Penerapan 5D BIM dalam proyek konstruksi diyakini dapat memberikan manfaat terhadap kinerja biaya proyek konstruksi. Di Indonesia, 5D BIM sudah mulai di terapkan di proyek konstruksi, terutama pada konstruksi Bangunan Gedung dan Infrastruktur, namun penerapan dan manfaatnya belum maksimal. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dalam penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor dan variabel penghambat penerapan 5D BIM pada proyek konstruksi, menganalisis variabel penghambat yang signifikan, menganalisis penyebab dan treatement dari variabel penghambat yang signifikan, serta merangkum rekomendasi perbaikannya. Metode Penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatif yaitu dengan melakukan penyebaran kuestioner kepada responden, analisis statistik dengan bantuan SPSS untuk uji validitas dan realibilitas, dan pengolahan data dengan perhitungan RII untuk mendapatkan Lima faktor penghambat yang signifikan. Setelah itu dilakukan analisis penyebab dan treatment untuk variabel penghambat tersebut dengan kajian literatur dan interview pakar. Setelah itu, dilakukan penarikan kesimpulan terhadap rekomendasi perbaikan bagi variabel penghambat tersebut. Penelitian ini menghasilkan lima variabel penghambat yang signifikan, yaitu tingginya kebergantungan dengan ketepatan dan kelengkapan gambar detail, banyak gambar dari perancang design yang tidak lengkap, lama waktu yang dihabiskan untuk penyusunan BoQ pada proyek yang besar, serta kurangnya standar atau protokol yang mendukung penerapan 5D BIM. Dengan penelitian ini diharapkan penerapan 5D BIM semakin baik dan memberikan manfaat maksimal pada proyek konstruksi di Indonesia. / The application of 5D BIM in construction projects is believed to benefit the cost management in construction projects. In Indonesia 5D BIM has started to be applied mainly in building and infrastructure projects, however the application and the benefit is not yet ideal. Therefore this research has these 4 main discussion points, which are: the considerable factors and variables that impede the application of 5D BIM, the most significant factors and variables that were discussed in the first point, the causes and solutions for these obstacles, and the last one is the recommended solutions. This research was conducted with qualitative methods, by surveying responders through questionnaires, statistical analysis with the aid of SPSS to test the validity and reliability, and data processing with RII calculation to come up with 5 of the most significant obstructions. Afterward, this research conducted the causes and solutions analysis of these inhibitors with studies and expert interviews. Thereafter, conclusions were drawn from the recommended propositions regarding these consequential impediments.This research produces 5 significant obstructions, which are : high dependency on the accuracy and the completeness of detail drawing, many instances of uncomplete detail drawings from the consultans, the amount of time consumed for BoQ completion on big project, and lack of standards or protocols that support 5D BIM application. Hopefully this research will impart the best solution to support the growth of 5D BIM applications that will benefit construction projects in Indonesia.
