Abstract

This study aims to identify the conditions of job satisfaction, as well as determine the conditions of employee performance, and examine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at CV DD Furniture Banda Aceh. Quantitative research is a research method used in this study. All workers at CV DD Furniture Banda Aceh consisting of 40 people worked for this research. This study uses a basic random sampling approach. A sample of 40 employees helps to analyse this study. To assess the validity and reliability for testing the questionnaire, 30 respondents were taken outside the sample. The data analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression and coefficient of determination. The job satisfaction variable is in the very good category, with an average of 4.56 grand in the research results. Also, the employee performance variable is also very good, namely an average of 4.45 grand. Both variables need to be further improved. The results showed that job satisfaction had an effect on employee performance at CV DD Furniture Banda Aceh. the significance value of tcount is 4.403 which is greater than t table (2.021). The influence is shown by the coefficient of determination of 0.33 or 33.80%, meaning that this is a job satisfaction score that affects employee performance at CV DD Furniture Banda Aceh. Penelitian kuantitatif merupakan metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini.Seluruh pekerja di CV DD Furniture Banda Aceh yang terdiri dari 40 orang bekerja untuk penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan basic random sampling. Sebuah sampel dari 40 karyawan yang berkerja membantu untuk menganalisis penelitian ini. Untuk menilai validitas dan reliabilitas untuk pengujian kuesioner, diambil 30 responden di luar sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier sederhana dan koefisien determinasi. Variabel kepuasan kerja berada pada kategori sangat baik, dengan rata-rata rata-rata 4,56 grand mean pada hasil penelitian. Dimana variabel kinerja karyawan juga berada pada sangat baik yaitu rata-rata 4,45 grand mean. Kedua faktor ini perlu lebih ditingkatkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV DD Furniture Banda Aceh. nilai signifikansi thitung sebesar 4,403 lebih besar dari t tabel (2,021). Pengaruh tersebut ditunjukkan oleh nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,33 atau 33,80%, artinya ini merupakan skor kepuasan kerja yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada CV DD Furniture Banda Aceh.
