Abstract

Departemen Bedah, Fakultas Kedokteran, Universitas Pelita Harapan Latar Belakang: Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) adalah salah satu faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan prognosis pasien COVID-19 yang dinilai dari Netrofil-Limfosit Ratio. Kasus obesitas yang terkena COVID-19 memiliki risiko untuk memburuk sebesar 86%, sedangkan untuk kelompok obesitas memiliki 2,42 kali lipat risiko untuk peningkatan severitas pneumonia. Tujuan Penelitian: Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) dengan Neutrofil-Limfosit Rasio pada pasien terkonfirmasi COVID-19 bergejala ringan-sedang Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian studi analitik observasional dengan metode potong lintang. Populasi target adalah pasien COVID-19 terkonfirmasi di seluruh Indonesia. Populasi terjangkau adalah pasien COVID-19 terkonfirmasi yang di Jakarta, Bekasi, Bogor, Tangerang, Bekasi. Sampel penelitian adalah pasien COVID-19 yang terkonfirmasi yang dirawat di Rumah Sakit Siloam Kelapa Dua. Total sampel penelitian adalah 130 sampel, data analisis menggunakan metode chi-square atau fisher. Hasil: Terdapat 130 sampel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Penelitian ini memiliki hubungan yang signifikan antara Indeks Massa Tubuh dan Netrofil Limfosit Rasio. Departement of Surgery, Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Pelita Harapan Background: Body Mass Index is one of the risk factors that is related to the prognosis of COVID-19 patients which can be seen in Neutrophil-Lymphocyte Ratio. The obesity-COVID-19 group have the risk to worsen is 86%, while obesity group have 2.42 holds risk to increase the severity of Pneumonia. Aim: To know the relationship between Body Mass Index and Neutrophil-Lymphocyte Ratio in mild-moderate COVID-19 patients Method: A consecutive sampling is used in this cross-sectional study. The target population is confirmed COVID-19 patients in Indonesia. The affordable population is confirmed COVID-19 patients in Jakarta, Bekasi, Bogor, Tangerang, and Depok. The sample of the survey is the confirmed COVID-19 patients hospitalized in Siloam Kelapa Dua Hospital. The total of the sample is 130. And data analysis will be using either chi-square or fisher method. Result: In total there are 130 samples that fulfill the inclusion and exclusion criteria.
