Abstract

PT Ahlindo Perkasa Alam sebagai objek penelitian ini adalah sebuah perusahaan internasional yang terlibat dalam mebel. Dalam penelitian ini, menguji pengaruh dariapakah adanya pengaruh karakteristik kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja perushaaan. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berhubungan dengan teori karakteristik kewirausahaan dan kinerja perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah metode analisis kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi dan kuisioner didistribusikan ke karyawan. Populasi adalah 132 karyawan yang dijadikan sampel 99 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel acak dengan mengambil sejumlah populasi sebagai sampel untuk diuji menggunakan SPSS. Skala yang dipakai untuk mengukur variabel adalah skala Likert. Hasil sebagian tes dapat dijelaskan bahwa tcount (8,639) > ttable (1.985) dan nilai yang signifikan dari 0.000 <0.05, kemudian kewirusahaan karakteristik berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan di PT. Ahlindo Perkasa Alam. Koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh dapat dilihat dari hasil rsquare. Hasil R square dari 0,435. Ini berarti bahwa kinerja perusahaan 43,5% dijelaskan dengan karakteristik kewirausahaan dan sisanya 56,5% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini, sistem manajemen, perkembangan karir. Kesimpulan dalam studi ini bahwa adanya pengaruh karakteristik kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja perusahaan di PT. Ahlindo Perkasa Alam. Dengan meningkatkan karakteristik kewirausahaan yang lebih efektif dapat mendorong peningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. / PT Ahlindo Perkasa Alam as the research object of this research is an international company which engages in exporting Furniture and Mebel industry In this study, test the effect of the identify whether there is the Effect of entrepreneurial characteristic to company performance of PT. In this study, the method used by the author is a quantitative analysis method. The type of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data was collected through interviews, observation and questionnaires distributed to employees. The population is 132 employees an sample amounted to 99 employees. This study uses a random sampling method by taking a number of populations as samples to be tested using SPSS. The scale used to measure variables is the Likert scale. The results of the partial test can be explained that tcount (8.639) > ttable (1.985) and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, then Entrepreneurial characteristic effect towards company performance at PT. Ahlindo Perkasa. The coefficient of determination obtained can be seen from the results of rsquare. The results of R square of 0.435. This means that the company performance of employees 43.5% is explained with the entrepreneurial characteristic and the rest of 56.5% is explained by other variables outside this research, management system, career development, competence The conclusion in this study that there is the Entrepreneurial characteristic effect towards company performance at PT. Ahlindo Perkasa. To improve the Entrepreneurial characteristic that is effective can encourage the improvement of the company performance.
