Abstract

Online food service delivery system merupakan salah satu hasil dari kemajuan teknologi yaitu internet. Layanan pesan antar makanan ini berfungsi sebagai restoran- restoran yang dikumpulkan kemudian menyediakan konsumen dengan berbagai macam pilihan makanan, pengambilan pesanan dan penyampaiannya pesanan kepada produsen makanan, pemantauan pembayaran, pengaturan pengiriman makanan dan penyediaan fasilitas pelacakan untuk makanan yang akan diantar. Di saat pandemi Covid-19 layanan ini menjadi salah satu pilihan masyarakat untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya melalui platform digital untuk membeli jasa penyediaan makanan, minuman, dan bahan makanan lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari niat konsumen untuk menggunakan OFDS. Penelitian akan dilakukan dengan teknik deskriptif untuk bisa menganalisis karakteristik dari populasi dan mengidentifikasi data yang ada untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian. Data penelitian didapatkan dengan mengirimkan kuesioner kepada 150 responden yang berdomisili di Jakarta dan merupakan generasi milenial. Dari data ini ditemukan bahwa Performance Expentancy, Habit, Congruence-Self-Image, dan Mindfullness memberikan pengaruh terhadap generasi milenial dalam menggunaan OFDS di Jakarta sedangkan impulse buying tendencies tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap generasi milenial dalam menggunaan OFDS di Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa empat dari 5 faktor indpenden (performance expectancy, Habit, congruence with self image, dan mindfulness) memilki pengaruh positif dalam memengaruhi intention to use OFDS. Sedangkan tidak ditemukaan pengaruh dari faktor impulse buying tendencies terhadap intention to use. Penelian ini dapat diimplikasikan secara nyata dan memberikan keuntungan kepada penyedia jasa layanan OFDS maupun restoran yang menggunakan jasa OFDS dengan memberikan pemetaan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan penggunaan layanan OFDS pada generasi milenial di Jakarta./ The online food service delivery system is one result of technological advances, namely the internet. This food delivery service functions as a collection of restaurants and then provides consumers with a variety of foods, taking orders and sending orders to food producers, monitoring payments, arranging food delivery and providing facilities for food to be delivered. During the Covid-19 pandemic, this service became one of the people's choices to meet their needs through a digital platform to buy food, beverage and other food supplies. This study aims to study the consumer's intention to use OFDS. The research will be conducted with descriptive techniques to be able to analyze the characteristics of the population and identify existing data to answer research questions. The research data was obtained by sending questionnaires to 150 respondents who live in Jakarta and are the millennial generation. From this data, Performance Expentancy, Habit, Congruence-Self-Image, and Mindfulness have an influence on the millennial generation in the use of OFDS in Jakarta, while the tendency to buy impulses has no effect on the millennial generation in using OFDS in Jakarta. This can be implicated in real terms and provide benefits to OFDS service providers and restaurants that use OFDS services by providing a mapping of the factors that influence the decision to use OFDS services for millennials in Jakarta.
