Abstract

Papaya leaves japan has another name chindoscolus aconitifolius commonly used as a food needs by the community. According to research Iswari et al (2020) extract ethanol 96% papaya leaves japan has a high content of phenolic compounds is high and can be potentially as antihyperlipidemic in the blood. Research carried out by extracting the leaves of papaya japan using 96% ethanol to obtain a dry extract. The obtained extracts are known to be hygroscopic so that the necessary addition of filler contained in the formula, used filler is microcrystalline cellulose pH 102 with maltodextrin, which plays a role as a variation of the fillers in the formula. Formula capsule consists of F1 and F2, made prior to the preparation of the formula is evaluated first, the evaluation consists of powder, dosage, and stability. The results obtained test of time flow F1 has a time flow 7g/s and F2 of 3.5 g/s. the value of the test angle of repose F1 by 36.50 o and F2 by 37.95 o. the value of the test compressibility F1 by 9.4% and F2 by 20%. The value of the test time destroyed F1 by 6.5 minutes and F2 by 9.25 minutes. The value of water content test for F1 6.3% and F2 by 8.7%. Based on the obtained values of F1 and F2 have the results of the evaluation that meets the requirements and can be said to be the second formula is good.
