Abstract

Rekonsiliasi obat merupakan proses membandingkan instruksi pengobatan dengan obat yang diterima pasien. Rekonsiliasi dilakukan untuk mencegah terjadinya kesalahan obat (medication error) seperti obat tidak diberikan, duplikasi, kesalahan dosis atau interaksi obat. Rumah Sakit X menetapkan minimal waktu pelayanan farmasi rawat inap pada pasien pulang kurang dari 45 menit sejak resep dan form pengembalian obat diterima sampai pada waktu discharge pada sistem. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rekonsiliasi terhadap kecepatan pelayanan Farmasi Rawat Inap terhadap pasien pulang. Penelitian ini merupakan peneltian destriptif retrospektif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 169 pasien. Analisis data yang digunakan mengunakan uji statistik dengan pooled t-test two way. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah proses rekonsiliasi tidak mempengaruhi lama pelayanan farmasi rawat inap terhadap pasien pulang./Drug reconciliation is the process of comparing treatment instructions with medications received by patients. Reconciliation is done to prevent drug errors such as unlic granted drugs, duplication, dosing errors or drug interactions. Hospital X sets the minimum time of inpatient pharmacy service in patients returning home less than 45 minutes from the time the prescription and the drug return form is received until the discharge time on the system. This study aims to determine the effect of reconciliation on the speed of Inpatient Pharmacy services for discharge patients. This research is a retrospective destriptive research with quantitative approach. The samples were used by 169 patients. Analysis of the data used using statistical tests with pooled t-test two way. The result of this study is that the reconciliation process does not affect the length of hospitalization pharmacy services for discharge patients.
