Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul PENGARUH STRUKTUR MODAL TERHADAP IMBAL HASIL SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2015-2019. Tesis ini menganalisis pengaruh struktur modal terhadap imbal hasil saham di Indonesia. Dimana struktur modal dapat dikatakan sebagai salah satu faktor yang dapat menjelaskan imbal hasil saham. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah perusahaan yang telah terdaftar di index kompas 100 pada bursa efek Indonesia (BEI) di Indonesia yang menerbitkan laporan keuangan secara berkala dari tahun 2015 sampai 2019, data yang digunakan merupakan data time series, data yang di peroleh dari yahoo finance, dan website Indonesia Stock Exchange. Hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil bahwa struktur modal berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap imbal hasil saham, namun variabel kontrol lain seperti earning per share, return on asset dan size memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap imbal hasil saham./ This research is about THE IMPACT OF CAPITAL STRUCTURE TO STOCK RETURN ON THE COMPANIES LISTED AT THE INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE PERIOD OF 2015-2019. This research of analyse the influence of capital structure to stock return in Indonesia. Where market structure can be counted as one of the factor to describe stock return. The data used in this research is companioes which has been listed in Indonesia stock exchange (IDX) in Indonesia which released a report in consecutive from year 2015-2019, the data used represents time series data. Data is collected from Indonesia stock exchange website and yahoo finance. This research result indicate a statistically insignificant effect between capital structure to stock return, while earning per share, return on asset and size as a variable control statistically significant effect to stock return.
