Abstract

A contract is part of the Civil Law. Contract, in general plays a big role in daily life especially in the field of communication. As a result of the relationship between one person and another, most of which is a legal relationship or can be called an engagement in the form of a written agreement. Making a written agreement is needed to provide legal certainty for the parties, the agreement does not only lead to default but can also end in an unlawful act, an unlawful act is an act that results in harm to another person, obliges a person who because of his fault or negligence to issue a loss It compensates the loss for an unlawful act in a money-borrowing agreement based on a deed of sale and purchase of land rights as in the case in Decision Number 859 PK/Pdt/2019 The plaintiff is Midin Ginting as the legal owner of two plots of land/house covering an area of 603 m2.
