Abstract

Stroke merupakan salah satu penyakit yang dapat menyebabkan kematian. Banyak komplikasi yang bisa disebabkan oleh stroke, salah satunya adalah gangguan sirkulasi otak. Saturasi oksigen dapat mengukur banyaknya presentase oksigen yang terkandung dalam darah, dalam air yang diminum maupun di udara yang dihirup. Angka saturasi oksigen dapat menggambarkan kecukupan oksigen dalam tubuh untuk menentukan terapi lanjutan bagi pasien stroke. Penelitian ini berjenis analitik dengan desain studi cross sectional. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan yaitu 95 pasien stroke iskemik. Uji statistik pada penelitian hubungan rendahnya saturasi oksigen terhadap tingginya skor NIHSS pada pasien stroke iskemik akut di Rumah Sakit Umum Siloam Lippo Karawaci ini akan dilakukan dengan Uji chi square. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji Chi Square penghitungan Odds Ratio untuk melihat risiko, menunjukan orang yang mengalami rendahnya saturasi oksigen 6.326 kali lebih berisiko mengalami skor NIHSS tinggi di Rumah Sakit Umum Siloam Karawaci. / Stroke is a disease that can cause death. Many complications can be caused by stroke, one of which is the disturbance of brain circulation. Oxygen saturation can measure the number of percentages of oxygen contained in blood, in drinking water and in inhaled air. Oxygen saturation figures can describe the adequacy of oxygen in the body to determine further therapy for stroke patients. This research will use an analytical type of research with a cross sectional study design. The research sample used was 95 ischemic stroke patients. The statistical test on the study of the relationship between low oxygen saturation and high score in NIHSS score in acute ischemic stroke patients at Siloam Lippo Karawaci General Hospital will be carried out by using the chi square test. The results showed that based on the ChiSquare test (Odds Ratio) to look for risks, it was found that people who had hypoxic oxygen saturation were 6.326 times more likely to have a high NIHSS score at Siloam Karawaci Public Hospital.
